This store takes no pride in the quality of food they serve or the in customer service of getting the order correct. Multiple... orders whether I take out or have delivered the order is always missing items and I have to go back to the store to pick it up.The last time, the bun on my quarter pounder was so hard it must have been sitting out for a long time to be that dried out. Ihave even asked the person at the window to check the order, rudely hands to me and says it's all there, all the burgers weremissing. Really need took at their quality control. Ordered online to eat in. I was not greeted when I entered the restaurant nor when I approached the counter. Staff were coming... and going, but seemed to look right through me. The order status monitor was down and I had no way of knowing if my order wasreceived and in process. Dining room air conditioning and lights were turned down so the dining room was very warm and dimlylit. The WiFi was not functional.
