Food came fast enough. It's McDonald's obviously not a Michelin star restaurant. The store could have been cleaner. Took my... kids here to play since it was cold. This one had signs for the play place and that it closed once every hour forcleaning. However it was closed. With no signs or explanations and the employee could only say "it's closed" when asked if itwould open in the future. The apathy matched the employees (all) overall demeanor. Read more

Employees on break while every table in the facility is filthy and disgusting. Trash overflowing, drink station wrecked, etc. ... What is so difficult about wiping a table or around the drink area or taking out the trash? Someone was also shooting dope inthe bathroom. Pathetic, useless and lazy to say the least. We should've known better than to come here. Hire people that wantto actually work for a living!!! Read more

2022-August Ordered a hot fudge and paid for extra hot fudge. Then I was given a caramel. I refuse to accept and the lady said,... they don't have hot fudge. Then she asked, 'you don't want it'? I said, no. I want my money back. They gave me cash that wasless than what I paid for. I wasn't able to complain because my husband drove off. 2021-Nov We passed by drive through onFriday, Nov 5, around 5pm. There were 2 cars in front of us. The lady that took our order sounded clear and professional. Theguy that gave me my order was terrible. He was talking to someone in Spanish the whole time he was assembling my order. He thenstart handing me a dripping drink holder, while still talking to someone! I said, that's dripping, I am not putting that in mycar. He took out the dripping drink, while still handing me the dripping drink holder. I said, at least give me some napkin. Idried the drink holder and placed it in my floor board. Never have i had this bad of a service in this McDonald's. I even gavethem a good review last year. 2020-Jan Easy parking. Servers are friendly. The play area is clean and big. But watch outbecause its loud. If you are not use to kids playing loudly, you can sit in the other area. 2 bathroom stalls inside thewomen's bathroom. Yes, it is clean. They have 2 self order screens. And the staff will deliver your food in your table. Read more

Take the extra 5 minutes and go to a different McDonald's. Its always a disappointment at this location. Their customer service... is absolutely terrible. They were extremely rude and impatient. Their fries were dark brown like their oil hadn't been changedin a while and there was ketchup all over the outside of my sandwich. Also there have been many times when they don't have thecurrent happy meal toys and they just give you whatever they feel like which is disappointing to my children when they getexcited for whatever is advertised at the time. Nothing but rude people working here now. Was much better before. 22 minutes for a happy meal order and half the staff standing... around eating and drinking while making orders. Who the hell is running this restaurant?? Read more
