I ordered a quarter pound deluxe and hot and spicy chicken . They asked me wait in reserved spot number 2 , I waited for almost... 10 minutes then I asked one of the employee about my food and he said you have to have a receipt then I call the store and talkto the manager, he was rude and yelled at me and hang of the phone on me , after 10 more minutes they brought the food, its waswrong (Big Mac with fries and regular quarter pound ), I went back to lactation and pass the food to them and ask for refund mymoney, the manager ripped the bag and said nothing wrong and said shut up , then he wants me to live or call the police, then hecalled the police and tell them the drunk guy is here !!, and explain for them I ordered them 100 nugget that?s was its texttime to make it, finally he yelled at one of the employees to get my card for refund and he hold my card and hold the drive thrufor about 15 minutes until police came. What type of insult is this! I hope McDonald?s does better than this. This used to be agreat location. Read more
I will NOT return to this location until they hire English-speaking employees. I ordered 2 McMuffins and 1 McGriddle, just the... sandwiches. And I was charged for 3 McGriddle meals. I called to complain about it and they answered the phone, screaming at me,in some Demonic Tongue. Then, I called again, and they just hung up on me. Read more
This particular McEe D's Is great! Food so far has comes out hot and fresh every time. Some of the others in the Aurora area can... be so so. Not here want a good burger and crispy bacon make the extra drive. Read more
We waited for over 15min for our food. I went to the counter and asked about it and it was just sitting there while they were... all talking...(there was no one in the drive through or anyone else waiting for food inside). This is by far the best McDonald's around. Staff is always friendly and fast. Even the last time I was there I made a mistake... ordering and they fixed it without any hesitaions. The managers and staff are amazing ???? Read more
I don?t usually come for reviews. But they deserved it. The customer service was so delightful and appreciated I would love to... come back to this location. They took care of us like a restaurant and I was expecting to come to McDonald?s lol not McDonelle???????????????? Read more
My family loves to come in here every few weeks to get some ice cream or a $1 coffee. The staff are nice, and the location is... clean! They recently have had a remodel which is really nice, its a bit dreary/dark in the back but the rest is great! Read more
