My total was $19.05 in the drive thru at around 10:32am was when my card was swiped. I even used my rewards # to earn points. My... whole order was cold. The pancake & sausage was cold, the 2 breakfast burritos were cold, the 2 sausage McMuffins were cold andthe hash browns were cold and soggy. I literally was back at my hotel by 10:42 and it all was cold. You also forgot plasticware, the syrup and forgot the salsa for burritos. Read more
When you?re craving McDonald?s, the food itself is good. But wether or not you get what you ordered and paid for is another... issue. I would skip the drive through when possible. At least three times I drove off with someone else?s burger or sandwichin-spite of my order being repeated back to me correctly before getting to the second window. One time I even got someone?s fishfilet sandwich after ordering chicken. Another time I ordered a happy meal for my kiddo that had no toy in it. This place reallyneeds to get it together and figure out how to get the correct orders lined up for the correct customers. It?s not impossible.Ask Chick-fila management for some advice. Read more
Soda tastes weird now - this is the second time in a row it's been off. I asked for extra tartar sauce, and obviously the guy... didn't want to bother, because there was barely any, and no special order ticket. Probably why I didn't get a receipt. This is one of the cleanest McDonald's in Denver. There is a play area which we haven't used yet. There is plenty of seating... here as well. Service is also one of the best that can be expected from McDonald's. Drive thru is not very busy so if you wantto dine in and this is one of the options I'd pick this location. Read more
