Generally had good luck here and I think it's some of the better pizza in this affordable price range. But I suggest not paying... cash. I picked up a carryout order for just $10.07. They didn't have change in the one register. The worker fished out a fewones from a bank bag under the counter to give me 9 ones. I was waiting for the test of my change when they asked if I neededsomething else. I said, "it was $10.07, right?" She said, "yes, I gave you 9 dollars, we are all good." I was like what? Shesaid she didn't have change and showed me the drawer now empty except the 20s slot. I said then if your rounding, you need togive me another one. She then grabs a drink cup next to the register half full of coins and gices me $0.93 in change. I guesspaying in cash is dead since this is a pizza joint on the busiest night of the week during dinner rush. Read more

I order food from here all the time. Their food is good but the service is getting worse and worse. This time I walk in and... place a take out order. There are two young kids working. I waited for my order for 30 minutes before asking where it was. Ithad been sitting at the output of the oven for the past 15 minutes . By the time I ate it, it was cold and also missingingredients. Management needs to hire a supervisor to keep an eye on these kids. Read more

Unfortunately I am giving up on this Marco's location. My order has been either wrong or badly cooked the last four times. Once... it showed up with the underside of the crust black/burnt and yet the dough wasn't even cooked. I was told they were having ovenproblems and they sent me a new pizza, but it arrived the exact same way. More often than not they forget my crust toppers, andlet's face it, why even have a pizza if the crust isn't loaded with garlic and parmesan? This time the crust was bare and mybreadsticks were raw dough, see pic. I am giving 2 stars because they refunded me, but I'm done here. Read more

I used to be happy with Marcos pizza, the Quincy location, however this specific time was the worst of the worst. My order was... not delivered and when my husband went to the store to pick up a new order he found out our order was sitting on my neighborsfront porch very cold. I brought our original order home to find out we had a partial order and a very empty pizza box. Themanger was less than helpful with a store full of unhappy customers. What has happened to the great Marcos you used to be? Iwon?t be ordering from you again, to bad Quincy location you lost a customer. Seriously an empty pizza box! Read more

We are officially done with Marco's. In the past our pizza delivery took forever and when it did arrive the pizza was lukewarm... at best. Today, 03/19/2022 we decided to order subs and picked them up. The Italian sub hardly had any meat in it and had to addsome when we got home just so wouldn't feel like I was eating a toasted roll. The steak sub had a little bit more meat, but notmuch. Read more
