Can?t get orders right , rude employee and makes lousy pizza
Love the pizza overall. However, we like the fanceroni pepperoni but received this and were told it is correct. Basically a... regular pepperoni pizza with the old world pepperoni on it. Obviously new employees are not receiving adequate training andquality control needs a little help. Read more
Well, Its not the Little Ceasars of years long ago. But what is anymore.... Service here is not good due to employee shortage-... apparently thats still a thing. We were turned away 10/22 because "its going to be 45 min and we (2 peeps) are the only oneshere... As he wipes away sweat from forehead. There is a small window of opportunity to get a hot, perfectly cooked, cheesepizza. But its a small chance. And when you do its a lot of bland on airy crust. But it isn't horrible. Enjoy! Read more
They used to be the only reliably correct order fast food in the area, and now at least half the orders I've had here are... incorrect. I get short staffing is an issue everywhere, so I'm happy to wait a little longer than normal, but never getting acorrect order is fairly frustrating. Read more
Went there on a Sunday night to grab some pizzas and crazy bread. The service was great,in and out within 2 minutes. Would of... given 5 stars but the were out of the sauce for the bread although the gentleman at the counter Compensated us for theinconvenience. Will go there again. Read more
I?ve ordered pizza from this place for well over 10 years and I?ve never had a problem until today. Whoever is in charge and... makes the pizza needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. They gave me RAW stuffed crazy bread. We could literally smell the dough!!! Woware you serious? We could?ve gotten sick!!! And then on top of that when I opened my pepperoni pizza, the end of it was foldedover and it was messy. Whoever made it was clearly in a bad mood. I?m So disappointed. This place has gone downhill and uscustomers don?t deserve that, all we really want is to eat some WELL COOKED pizza and crazy bread without the risk of gettingsick. Read more
Order online for the sake of convenience. Get sent a link to track the status of your pizza. Tracker updates you that the pizza... is in the oven. Tracker leaves status of pizza as ?in the oven? for 40 minutes. Show up to the location to see what?s going on;pizza?s are usually pretty burned if you leave them in an oven for 40 minutes. Turns out, pizza was done. Tracker was neverupdated. Pizza was left on a counter behind the register with nothing maintaining heat. Received a cold pizza. I?d say just goto the Illif and Buckley location up the street, though they pull the same thing with not using their pizza portal to keep yourfood warm and don?t bother with updating the status of your order.
