Quite honestly I was a little standoffish about this place just due to the fact that it was in a walmart. I suppose you... shouldn't judge a book by its cover. The food is absolutely outstanding. I will definitely be eating here often. The rice iscooked perfectly and the barbecue chicken is out of this world. I'm super glad my coworker introduced me to this place. Ihighly recommend trying this. Read more

AS A LOVER OF ALL THINGS HAWAIIAN, I SO WANT TO RATE THIS L&Ls 5 STARS ALL THE WAY... BUT, THAT WOULD BE... DISINGENUOUS. REGARDLESS, I COME HERE AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH (WHAT CAN I SAY, BUT, I MISS LOCAL STYLE FOOD) & I'VE BEENDISAPPOINTED WITH THE MEALS IN GENERAL. THE MAC SALAD IS OFTEN, JUST A BIT OFF HERE- TRY IT & YOU'LL KNOW WHAT I MEAN. THE LASTSEVERAL TIMES I'VE COME, THE MEALS HAVE BEEN DRY, WITH VERY little SAUCE- BOTH CHICKEN & BEEF. A SHAME. I DON'T WISH TO SAYTHAT THE BEST PART OF THE MEAL IS THE RICE? I AM MORE THAN WILLING TO PAY FOR THE SAUCE & UNDERSTAND HOW DIFFICULT MAKING A GOOF A BUSINESS CAN BE. I WANT THEM TO BE SUCCESSFUL & HOPE THE MANAGEMENT READS THIS SINCERE REVIEW. Read more

I loved this place but since the lady in the front has left it has went down hill. It used to be very clean and now its nasty.... All of the bottles on the table are crusty and not cleaned. The counter where you pay is so nasty. It's almost like no one hastried to clean anything. The lady working the front needs help too. She is so busy and can't focus on anything. ***Edit to saythat they have changed the way they clean and how everything is handled in the store. It is a lot cleaner and the staff isnicer. great food without the long wait! Read more

The food was great, but the service was terrible. For example, the server according to my receipt "Tricia" was the only up... front. She appeared disorganized and apathetic when tending to back orders piling-up. I noticed a lot of people waiting fortheir food as she toiled. When she finally took my order, I waited over 15 minutes and even finished my drink. When my name wascalled for my order, I kindly asked for two sauces and server "Tricia" ran off into the back never to return. I waited another5min when a cook came out and handed me to sauces from a fridge within arms reach of my view. Tricia did not appear new, as shetalked about her personal life with a customer while people were waiting to be served. This Hawaiian food is apparently servedfrom a middle-aged white lady from Buffalo NY, Tricia. I got better service from the McDonalds that use to be there. Read more

Tasty food. Even though the meet was sitting in juice/sauce it was a little dry. The flavor was good though. The prices are... about average. Their noodles also were not greasy like many other fast food places. Read more

I've been wanting to go to this place for over a year. I should have gone sooner. I had the Korean Chicken! It was very good.... This L&L Mixplate seems to have more local Hawaiian Entres like Mochiko Chicken, Garlic Chicken, Pastele Stew and the other L&Lplate lunch staples. The dining room is larger than the L&L on Cedar. Same owners, different offerings. Thank You for opening arestaurant like this. L&L Hawaiian Mixplate is a lot better than a McDonalds. Read more

Full of Aloha. Service was warm, loving and kind. Also there, as included, is our bradda, Derek, who also designs his own... clothing line as pictured in this review. He is usually there on Friday?s and Saturday?s. So much aloha. Btw, the laulauactually has buttered fish, just like home. Poke is served on Friday?s but you have to get there early because it gets soldout. Read more
