I drove thru today about 4:45 knowing it is Tuesday but wanted to order items on Wed special trying to say I don't want the... deal, I would pay more. The girl said it is Tues not Wed, I kept saying I know I just want to order that food, pay more. Thansomeone else came on the speaker saying "what part of no don't you understand"! Drive thru at 530pm , ordered an 8 piece meal, the chicken probably been sitting there there the whole day. Wings were so dried... up couldn?t eat them, the drumsticks were so dried up. The chicken was a dark brown showing been sitting all day . Paid $30 forsomething I couldn?t eat. Called several times no one answered. Very disappointing to be sold old dried out chicken. If there was 0 star i wouldve rate you as 0. Asking about the manager name she took her name tag off and she said my name is... manager!! I took the order to the car, in the car my wife opened the bag she didn't find Pepsi, chicken tenders and sauceswhich I asked her about the sauces she said to me everything is in the bag and the bag was missing food in it!! But don't youworry we already reported you to the district manager and the customer service. And be thankful that we didn't call the policeon you!!! The manager said you guys open the bag in the car that's when you took out the chicken tenders and now you are backasking for another one!! I do not recommend to choose this restaurant for your online order. Although the app notified me that my food is ready to pick... up, I had an issue with my order when I had arrived at the restaurant due to out of foods. So I asked staffs to cancel my order,but I was told that I have to find a way or dispute the charge with credit card company. At that moment, the manager was rudeand just kept asked me to leave a dinning room for closing even though the closing time was not met. The visiting time wasaround 9:20pm. After that situation, I had to spend more than 30 minutes to find the way to cancel my order. Read more
Showed up and placed our order. Didn't realize until we didn't get our food in under 25min that we didn't pay for one of the... meals. By the time we sat there and the GM Silvia brought out our food twice and read my reciept twice... Our food was cold.When I went in to get a refund she demanded I return the cold food for my refund. So I did, but kept and paid for the drinks.Same GM was rude about the experience and not a single crew member had a "sense of urgency". So terribly disappointed. We willNOT be returning. Read more
The workers don't know how to communicate with each other because they all speak different languages. The soda fountain is... straight poison. I do go here often because it's the only one around. everytime for a year straight I've had to scream at themover the counter to get my order right. There was this one time I was about to hop back in that kitchen and show them how tocook some chicken. "you want it come and get it". It's probably the worst KFC in the country. They are lucky I like theircoleslaw so much or I would legit never eat here. Floors are so greasy you can tell they never clean it. The smell of the placeis like... old cheese.... and it's been this way for two straight years lol. I ordered a two piece two thighs they gave me two small legs and a eight piece chicken wings, I drove all the way home and had... to come back I asked for my money back they insisted on giving me the two thighs I asked again for my money then he told me thatmy receipt was not legit I?m I just left here 20 minutes ago read the date! He apologized so then I get home try the wings oh mythey taste horrible they were hard and old tasting. Rushed through ordering. Then my kids meal was missing the ?special item? when I asked for water with it you would have thought... I was from another planet.
