This place sucks. Had to repeat one portion of our order 3 times to the kid at the register, 2 of the 3 meals came out wrong.... The kid who prepped the order sneezed on our food and then tried to just add the missing pieces of chicken to the plates. Irefused the order for a fresh one that also came out wrong. They were simple meals - 3 pcs, 2 thighs & a wing - not rocketscience. While we were there, the only other order in the place also came out wrong - twice. Stop going to work high, Idiots! Read more
Extremely dirty. The drive through was congested. So I decided to walk inside and place my order. There was no air conditioning... and where the food is prepared it was Extremely dirty with food, wrappers, and a few unknown objects. I departed without my foodnor my money. NEVER AGAIN. Read more
The best KFC location in Colorado is the one in Parker, 16950 Lincoln Avenue and I'm talking about the Chicken, only. I think... they broiled it on the spot, because is fresh, tender, delicious! We don't mind the long drive from Aurora, it is worth it.Regarding the bad reviews the location gets, they are talking about the service and I kind of agree with them. It could be theowners policy not to open the lobby ever or the employees laziness. About the missing receipts, I won't let the employees getfree food. Worst KFC, ever. Even Atlanta?s poor customer experience isn?t THIS bad. There are 6 people behind the counter, one is truly... working, one is partially working, and the others look like they are sucking on their thumbs. Bucket of expensive chicken strips. The three on top were fresh and good, the whole rest of the bucket was obviously cooked two... hours ago. 90% of the food was not edible because it was hours old. Don?t waste your time at this place unless you likecompletely dry chicken that was cooked an hour or more before your order was placed. Read more
If I could leave no stars I would but I can't so instead I'll leave you a single lone star because that's the lowest it allows.... I'm rushed at the drive thru window even tho I wasn't quite sure on what I wanted to order. After receiving my order my soda wasflat and clearly the syrup was out. They replaced my drink but while doing so they filled the cup entirely up with ice. Get ittogether KFC or I'm never coming back. Read more
