Terrible experience, don?t usually review but so frustrating! Ordered a Gluten free sandwich?got home and it was not Gluten... free?plus everything on the sandwhich was wrong. Called the store frustrated and the manager offered to credit my phone number$15?very nice! Now 3 weeks later I call back to use the credit, not there, they didn?t care, nothing! Disappointed in the customer service at this location. I ordered my sandwich in the drive thru but forgot to add cheese, so I... asked for them to add cheese when I got to the window, literally less than a minute after ordering and they told me that theyalready made the sandwich so they couldn't add cheese. I asked them to remake it because I didn't want to eat a sandwichwithout cheese and they gave me such an attitude about it. I'm not sure why Jimmy Johns doesn't include cheese in theirsandwiches in the first place like every other sub shop or at the very least ask if I want cheese since it's just a commontopping on a sandwich and an upsell for them. Also since when is it OK to talk back to the guest instead of trying to fulfillthe guest's order?!? I will not be back to this location for a while... I'll go to the other location near by instead. Asked three times to cut my sandwich in four pieces. I went and picked my sandwich up and asked again if they cut it with them... agreeing that they did. I get in my car and grab my hard meatless uncut sandwich. I don?t even think this was the sandwich Iordered. Terrible not worth the money for there dry sandwich. This is my second unacceptable experience with JJ. Never again. Read more

I asked 3 times to cut my sandwich in half. It still wasn't done when I arrived home. Went here previously and asked for the... same thing and it wasnt done. I paid for extra cucumbers, wasn't there either.. not happy. Thanks! Read more

I have never been so unhappy with a jimmy johns sandwich until today. I got back to work after picking up a sandwich and it was... paper thin. Literally barley any toppings on it at all. I would not come to this location if I were you. There rushing throughthe sandwiches and not even making them into ones that can fill you up. I bit my tongue and ate it for how hungry I was but thisis just unacceptable. Read more

I received a $10 gift card for Jimmy Johns and tried using it for lunch today. Unfortunately you can only use one form of... payment on their website (so essentially you have to order something $10 or less, including taxes, delivery fee, tip etc.). Itried calling the restaurant (Arapahoe and Jordan Road) and was told they can only take one form of payment over the phone too.The only way to use this gift card is to stop in the store, however the only reason I ever order Jimmy Johns is for delivery onbusy work days. I am disappointed that the restaurant does not a solution for this and did nothing to help when I called in andspoke to the manager. Took my business to the next sandwich shop for a tastier meal with less headache. Read more
