Disappointed in the customer service at this location. I ordered my sandwich in the drive thru but forgot to add cheese, so I... asked for them to add cheese when I got to the window, literally less than a minute after ordering and they told me that theyalready made the sandwich so they couldn't add cheese. I asked them to remake it because I didn't want to eat a sandwichwithout cheese and they gave me such an attitude about it. I'm not sure why Jimmy Johns doesn't include cheese in theirsandwiches in the first place like every other sub shop or at the very least ask if I want cheese since it's just a commontopping on a sandwich and an upsell for them. Also since when is it OK to talk back to the guest instead of trying to fulfillthe guest's order?!? I will not be back to this location for a while... I'll go to the other location near by instead. Asked three times to cut my sandwich in four pieces. I went and picked my sandwich up and asked again if they cut it with them... agreeing that they did. I get in my car and grab my hard meatless uncut sandwich. I don?t even think this was the sandwich Iordered. Terrible not worth the money for there dry sandwich.
