This is only my handful of times I?ve had Jersey Mike?s?. I had The Original Italian - Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo,... salami, and pepperoni with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion and Jalapeños that I added. The sandwich was fresh, crisp, salty,spicy and cheesy all in a delicious way. I would definitely get this sandwich again. It seemed to weigh a couple of pounds? ifyou haven?t tried Jersey Mike?s ? I ordered online and it said my order would be ready in 30 minutes, I got to the store in 15mins, 3 employees there talking not... a single customer, I was told it would be 15 more minutes I said okay... More customers started showing up and their sandwichesgot prepared instantly and left before me. Why make me wait just because the order said 30 minutes when my sandwiches could havebeen made way sooner?!!! Read more

Love the sandwiches, but had the worst experience ever with this stores evening staff. I took a friend from Jersey and was... treated horribly because staff was ready to go home for the evening and they had no patience to understand my friend because ofher thick accent. I can not believe the staff acted in the manner they did and was very disappointed. We still stuck strongto Jersey Mike's though and went to the store on Colfax and 225. My first and last time ever going to Jersey Mike's. The experience at this location was not ideal at all. Try to pay for my... sandwich with $100 bill and they told me they have no way of checking if it's fake or not. And told me they cannot accept $100bill cuz too many other people have been coming in with fake bills. All the employees in there kept looking at me and staring atme like I did something wrong by bringing in $100 bill instead of a credit card or something. It's a company that takes money,so they should be able to handle situations that include bills. Seem like none of the employees knew what was going on and justkept putting off on other employees until someone finally went into an office and got the manager. And it turns out theyactually had a pen and a blue light to check the bill to make sure it was real. Gave me $87 back in all ones. It's ridiculous.What if customers came in with fake $20 bills with a stop taking $20 bills? Doesn't make sense. Read more
