When I went in today everybody was so nice and helpful. The guy had asked me if I needed a cupholder because I had three drinks... and I said yes. Overall it was a nice environment on this nice day. They even have a restroom that is access to wheelchair. Read more

Wow. I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes for my smoothie to be made. There are not enough staff and the ones here seem very... stressed. However, with it being “rush” time and a lot of customers I understand the frustration of both employees andcustomers. You would think the managers and owner would help set the employees up for success by having enough help but that’snot the case. It was my 3rd time seeing this happen at this specific Jamba Juice. 1st time: staff laughed and joked that whensomeone would order extra (juice or fruit in a smoothie) they would not actually put it in the cup but would charge them for it,they said this loud enough that I heard it and was shocked. They were also understaffed that day as well. 2nd: experience: anemployee didn’t show up to help open for the morning rush. Only one employee that day but he was excellent and absolutely thetype of employee I would hire. It seems this is a management issue: I’m rating this a one star: *Terribly understaffed *Lostour order *Said it would be 15 minutes waited 45+minutes *Inefficient *over charge without giving the extra product AKAlying/Stealing IMO Read more
