****Let me Save you a trip , This Location Absolutely Has The Worst & I Mean WORST Customer Service . I?ve Came Here About 3... Times Total The Only Reason I?ve Been able To Come Here Is because I Work Less Then 10 minutes away ( I understand there?s moreoptions ) & I?ve always Felt They Were So Bothered , Rushing To Be Done With A Customer , Annoyed With customers , ( I Get it ,I?ve worked fast food before , I understand the work that?s being put in .) If you are not a peoples person you should NOT beworking where you are at .Don?t ruin someone else?s day because your unhappy with yours . Waited 10 minutes (only car in the drive through) - finally got the coffee part of the order, waited another 5, placed the... coffee back on the window and left without anything. Not the first time with that lack of service, it will be the last. This place hit the right spot in my tummy after a long flight! All of their variety of foods like teriyaki rice bowls, tacos,... all day breakfast, chicken pitas, salads, and etc will take even tame the pickiest of eaters!???? However it was like 90°F inthe lobby you'd think their fireplace is on ???? (yes they have one) and if wanted to counter that with a cold beverage, theirice machine was broken too????... I came from out of town to work today & desperately needing to eat, went through the drive thru & placed my order. As I... approached the window I realized I didn't bring my wallet with me today! I thought perhaps I could order online somehow to paywith a card saved, and they helped me install the App but after doing so & duplicating the order we discovered there's no wayto access your card from the app unless you enter & and save it. Rather than embarrass me they sent me on my way with myfood...I still need to figure out how to pay them. Angel & Janella were both angels today, & you can be sure I will be back toreward them! I used to eat Jack in the Box tacos as a kid in the 70s but they also left in the 70s. Every time I can find a Jack in the Box I... will be determined to get those tacos. I always visit when in Las Vegas, but saw one on the drive back from Colorado Springs toDenver and I told Arnell "Stop! There's a Jack in the Box!" Hurt my back pretty bad last night, decided to have Jack's for family breakfast this morning because I just COULDN'T do it.... Well, wish I would've gritted my teeth in pain. For what I paid for this meal, the pancakes suck. They were tasteless and tough.The eggs were rubbery, the hash brown was soggy and I literally stares at that "bacon" strip for a good 3 minutes trying toconsider if it was actually bacon because it sure didn't taste like it.
