The burger was good, the wait was not. Had to wait 15 minutes for my order. The place is always busy and the employees are... friendly and hard workers. Considering how busy it was, the inside and outdoor dining areas were frequently cleaned. Onesuggestion: the touch-less soda dispenser has too much of a learning curve for the average person which results in a long waitat the beverage station. Read more
When the meat is pinker than the tomatoes on the burger we have a problem... I've come a few times and it's the same thing:... undercooked burgers. This is unacceptable and a health hazard. Even the fries had overcooked fries mixed in with my cold friesand this is not quality I can taste. It's a waste of money. For $10 bucks I will be going to another burger chain that serves areal burger that's cooked properly with options of Angus or turkey meat. I just hope I don't wake up with food poisoning aftereating this trash. This is the 3rd time I've given them a try since they opened and it's been bad every time. Unfortunately it'sone of the few places open late over here and after tonight I will not be returning. My experience in California was muchbetter than here in Colorado. And although I wish for this location to be as good as Cali it just isn't. They need to lookinto hiring better cooks. The service was friendly and fast. I wish they had an In-N-Out Burger in Kansas City. We arrived at the right time as there was just one person in line before us... (the dining area was pretty full and the drive-thru was crazy). This is one of the places I feel safe at as someone with CeliacDisease. I ordered the Double Double Animal Style and Protein Style (lettuce-wrapped). The fries are the only food that touchthe fryer, so those are safe. This is always a messy meal, but so worth it. ? Read more
Flew in late with my kids and it was the first thing they asked for. It was pretty busy, a Friday night, but for dine in service... they were fast and just what a jet lagged hungry family needed. This was my first experience. I went through the drive thru and it took 20 minutes. It's wasn't as busy as it usually is... according to google so that was good. I had a double double animal style and a regular double double. I prefer the originaldouble double. It was perfect. The double double animal style the bun was soggy and the burger started falling apart half waythrough. Not my style. Both burgers were fresh and delicious. I just don't see myself waiting 20 minutes just to get the burgerdriving home to eat it. I bet it would've been better if I ate it right then but that ate up half of my lunch break commuting toget it. Make no mistake it's good and I'll be back to try something else soon. Awesome service! The burger and shake were delicious! I got a #1 with a vanilla shake and animal style fries. I wish they would... make their fries crispy, they are on the soft side even when they aren't animal style. Kinda hard to explain how tasty theburger is like it's not like a "Five Guys" burger taste but it's still very delicious. Read more
I really like In-n-Out Burger because they have really good burgers and the lettuce, tomato, etc is always really fresh and... crisp. Overall it?s a great value. This one didn?t disappoint. I skipped the drive thru because it was lunch time and theline was long, even for In-N-Out. They took my order immediately and had it done in less than 5 minutes. In n Out is a world famous burger joint. A few takeaways and helpful hints when considering this Colorado location: 1. There... will be a wait. Lunch or dinner time is peak. Try coming inbetween the two or later in the evening (anytime last 11pm). 2. Greatprices. This is what makes In n Out so clutch and enjoyable. 3. What is ?animal style?? This is their signature sauce mixed withgrilled onion. You can get this in your burger AND fries. 4. Walk in will be a little faster than drive thru. 5. Fries tend tobe a little on the softer side. You can order them well done to help with that. 6. Shirts run at post wash sizing. Meaning aLarge that I ordered is right as the size I want, not too baggy or tight. They are $14.99 (see pics).
