Food was good, service sucked. Took 5 minutes for the host to take a name for the seating. Once seated no one came to the table... for over 15 minutes. The server took our order then and it took about 35 minutes to come to the table.. We we're there foralmost an hour before getting our food. In the middle of our meal the server came over and told us their computers were shuttingdown and we needed to pay ASAP. As we were leaving I heard the host telling people their computer system was down for another30-40 minutes. This establishment could be run better. Read more
My wife loves IHOP and I definitely did not, so of course we came here for dinner one night. The restaurant was extremely... clean, the host was quick to seat us and our waiter (Jose) was awesome. Where I really do not like IHOP is with the food. Butthis IHOP was way different. I actually really enjoyed the food and it was amazingly good! My wife and I have been married for17 years, been to IHOP at least 50 times and this is the first time I've had a great experience! Showed up and checked in a few minutes before the est order ready time (6:47pm) . Went into the establishment to check on order... at 10 minutes past 7. Was told ready in 5 more minutes. I called at 7:28pm to find out if there was a problem. An order wasbrought out to me. It was not my order. I went in, got the correct order. Drove 4 minutes to our lodging and, yep, food was icecold. It's quite hard to reheat an egg over-easy and keep it that way. If we weren't traveling home to Nebraska in themorning I would be in to see the manager. I will never tip before getting my food again. I was understanding on the 20 minuteslate. But almost an hour wait to get $30.00 worth of inedible food is unacceptable. Read more
Went on a busy, busy Sunday. We were seated with in 15 minutes. We came for the lemon ricotta pancakes and we were not... disappointed! They were so good. Our server was quick and always checking on us. Read more
Breakfast break from Children's Hospital. The cold coffee was horrible. Service was kinda rude before we were even seated and... continued thru our entire visit. Turned out to be a disaster leaving the hospital. We should of just ate at the hospital café.???? Read more
Good food ???? great ???????? staff even an armed guard for the rowdy crowd. Every time I visit the staff never upsets... me. Quick service the acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door ???? Super polite folks that get you in and outswiftly. I have yet to dine in but pretty sure it?ll be a good experience. The music ???? was even great ???????? however I?ma product of the 70?s so this factor can differ for different folks with different strokes However I stand behind thisestablished any day all day even on my Birthday ???? Service was awful from our waitress with an attitude like if she?s forced to work there. Ended up finding a hair in my pancakes... and waitress acted like if it was nothing. Their people need to get trained better and have hair nets on. So disgusting , DO NOTRECOMMEND THIS IHOP Read more
