Have went there 2 times in past week. I like the food always have. Good and inexpensive. But the service is HORRIBLE!! Past two... orders have been wrong. I went in this afternoon ordered 3 Chili cheese dog, jalapeno poppers and a Medium Pepsi. I even said itback to the mumbling worker to hopefully get it write this time. Got 2 chili cheese dogs instead of 3. Went in and inquiredabout the order and was told the drive up only charged me for 2 not the 3 I asked for. As well as I could get another one if Ipaid for it. It wasn't that much of a deal and I could have done that except it took 15 minutes to get the messed up order inthe first place!. I left with my original order not because of the mistake but the attitude of the staff. I will never go backto this local. Just goes to show you how $15 an hour for low skilled labor gets worse in customer service. My advise gosomewhere else for caring workers. JR Read more
The food wasn't too bad and could have been a little better but it is a drive-thru so I wasn't expecting anything super. On the... other hand, the drive-thru worker was really rude he made it look like he didn't want people ordering or didn't want to bethere. Read more
The tall white guy with glasses sucks at order taking. He barely responds. Is like pulling teeth with him. He doesn't tell you... the total and he doesn't respond when you ask questions. He's very anti social. The only reason I go there is for my kids to getcones. "Good Times" is right around the corner. They have cones, too. Read more
As far as the food goes it's the hamburger stand what do you expect? That being said it is the cleanest location I think I've... ever eaten at even better than some top notch restaurants! Read more
For the simplicity of the menu, you're given quite a variety of burgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, and Hawaiian style... flavors currently. The chili cheese fries and chili dog were good, but our order was missing regular fries that I ordered andthe dog was missing pineapple. The Deluxe Cheeseburger was close to $4, God only knows why... It was very small about the sizeof my fist, and the patty much smaller than the bun, thinner than one of the onion slices, and it was more like Salisbury steakthat public schools call "burger patties." Before we could circle back for our missing items, the place closed about 10 minutesearly. Which the man taking our order made sure we knew in a very dry, unfriendly way they were closing early after I asked himto give my family a minute to decide what to order. The food is cheap, but the dogs and fries are good. Don't waste money onthe burgers, and don't expect friendly service late or for the store to be open until it's supposed to be. Read more
Look, I LOVE Weinerschnitzel , live and die for the chili. Food is always good. 5 stars for the chili cheese dogs and burgers.... But THIS LOCATION... this location kinda sucks, and I come here all the time. The sign says lobby closes at 7 pm but these guysstart closing and cleaning at like 6:15, locking the front door. And then! They look at you crazy for wanting to eat inside!! Idon't know about you guys, but I'm pretty sure you start closing and cleaning AFTER THE CLOSING TIME. And why close at 7 pmanyways?? Thats prime dinnertime and my husband and I just want to sit down for some good slop. And the crew... they act sodiscombobulated as if they don't know how to work together or communicate with one another. I don't think they really care aboutcustomers. Anyways... there isn't another location around so I'll keep coming... but I really hope this place gets it together. Read more
Stopped at this Weinerschnitzel/Hamburger Stand combo location for a quick bite during the lunch hour. The place was empty and I... had almost no wait until I received my food, as I ordered a simple chili dog and a drink to see what this place was all about.The hot dog was not anything to write home about, but it was just that - a hot dog with a little bit of not-so-spicy chilispread across the top of the hot dog. I didn't order any sides, but they had several variants of their French fries (regular,chili, cheese and chili, etc.). Will suffice if you're looking for a quick or easy meal, but don't expect much more than that.Four stars because the lobby was open same clean. Read more
As others mentioned, the drive thru employee is incredibly rude for no reason. He yelled at me because I told him another... employee had already taken my order after he asked me what I wanted. When I got to the window, I politely asked for ketchup, heswore under his breath and threw the ketchup in the bag like he was trying to knock the bag out of my hand. I don't reccomendcoming here, there are better drive thrus in the area. Read more
