This location used to be decent but has sadly gone downhill quite a bit... The customer service is mediocre at best, the dining... area and kitchen are disgusting and I'm afraid that same disgusting part has made it into the quality of food. The last twotimes I have been here my burgers tasted like old grease or stale dishrag. The floor behind the counter was filthy. Fries, containers, wrappers, and what spreader to be water were all over. The mobile... toppings cart had melted custard all over it and there were flies buzzing around everywhere. I am a Door Dash driver and theydid not start preparing the order I was picking up until after I got there. We ordered dine in and waited for our food for more than 25 minutes when finally decided to go ask them about it. Once we got at... the counter we saw a to go bag with our order number so we took it went back to the table then when open it food was cold andnot what I ordered. The wait was pretty long, once we got to the window we asked if we could get some sauce and she closed the window on us. We... ordered two drinks and got completely different ones. We mentioned this and asked for her to correct this and she then startedto argue back at us.
