Five Guys is a favorite for us and we have been to this location a few times without any issues. But won?t be going back again.... Neither of the drink dispensers had ice and the workers had been told about it. There was absolutely no ketchup packets and theone dispenser was empty and when asked they said they knew it, they didn?t have any. Even during COVID it was not this bad. Read more
Ordered as delivery and was less than impressed. My burger wasn't wrapped all the way-- by the time the food arrived the cheese... never melted. Generally my favorite part about the five guys experience is the way everything melts together in the foil. The toppings were also incorrect. We ordered Cajun fries and recieved regular fries that were so salty we couldn't even eatthem. Maybe an instore visit would be a better experience.. in the least you could get your order corrected... I enjoy Five Guys but don't really plan on going again for a while. Paid almost $8 for a burger but only got about 3/4 of a... burger (see photo). I took a few bites and was wondering why I wasn't getting any meat in the bites I was taking. Verydisappointed that I paid so much for not even a full burger. Read more

me and bf went to get dinner it was up the street we ordered and it has been over an hour since we ordered and we have work next... day at 4am everyone else ordered after us and they got their order done and ready to go, we just see kids standing around notdoing their job! someone needs to get fired or have better management because this is ridiculous!
