Don't waste your time! Worst service. Only one person preparing food. Ordered online for pickup and arrived on time. 30 minutes... after the order was supposed to be ready, we inquired on the status, and they didn't even have it in the preparation queue. Canceled the order and requested a refund, but the person working clearly had no idea how to do a full refund as once we wereback on the road we realized the refund we were issued is $4.50 less than what we paid! Tried calling to speak with a manager,but nobody answered the phone. Now I'll dispute with credit company for fraud. "Manager" offered no apology, no offer to makeit up, nothing. Absolutely delicious bbq brisket and cheddar sandwich. I went in and said to the young man I wanted to biggest one they had and... he LOADED up my sub with brisket. Well done sir! It was really good. And I was able to have it for two meals! That sandwichnever disappoints. Read more
Was the firehouse we used to go to but they can't retain workers and if your someone coming in to wait in line it's a waste of... time because online orders will have you waiting long than you should ever have to at a fast food restaurant. I ordered from this location at about 12:00pm on 12/08/22 and it was a rollercoaster of emotions. By the time I got there with a... couple of co-workers there was already 8 people waiting for their food and one guy told me he had been waiting over an hour for3 sandwiches. The store canceled online orders and wouldn?t take phone orders so we had to order in-person. Honestly, it was amessy situation and most guests were very unhappy and several walked out after requesting refunds. My co-workers and I stuck itout and watched as every member of the team left the front and went to the back for about 10 minutes. At this point, not asingle sandwich was made in over 20 minutes and there was close to 20 people waiting for their food. When they came back to thefront though, it was a completely different mentality from the team. Whoever was on cash register and set-up was incredible. Idon?t know her name, but she began commanding that ship and really got everyone moving and communicating. They started knockingout orders quick and when I received my order, every sandwich was correctly made and it was delicious. I understand mistakeshappen and sometimes everything falls apart, but the team today really stepped it up and made a huge comeback with the help ofwhoever was on register/set-up. Read more
