Months later, decided to give it another try, because they finally had mushrooms back, a must for me on the NY Steamer. Quick... service, kinda rude, but got home all excited to have it the way I like in over a year.. guess what??NO MUSHROOMS even though Iordered and paid for extra...Can't win at this place. Just left there..after standing around feeling awkward for 5 minuteswhile the 2 ladies working there ignored me I finally asked a question about the sandwich I usually get and was met with a looklike I had just come into her personal home and asked to borrow a bath towel.. no thank you. This place usually rocks but today my 12" Steamer was COLD...TWICE!!! I drive locally for Yellow Freight and don't have time... with only a 30 minute lunch break to send a $17 order back TWO TIMES!!!! Steamers SUCK when eaten cold! Read more

Terrible experience. Had to write a bad review to warn people NOT TO GO to this location. We ordered online and ordered an... additional item in the store. The staff tried to charge us for two extra sandwiches that we didn't order and then refunded usonly for one..Thankfully we caught it and went back again to get the rest of it refunded. It felt like the staff was trying tohave us buy their meals. It also took 15 minutes to get a side of mac and cheese that was not edible and had to be thrown out.It tasted rotten and was more like noodles in cheese soup.
