Very disappointed today. Employee was all hyped up like she was on speed. Bread wasn?t toasted. No cheese on my sandwich. No... pickle even though we requested one. Playing on her phone while making sandwiches. Manager came in after break and did not washhands. Will never go back. Read more
Terrible , my wife and I went today for lunch and they were out of control busy. The pop machine wasn?t working and the woman... taking the customers orders went to fix ox and was gone for at least 15 minutes. We had payed for or order and watched 10customers leave without any one helping them. One girl making sandwiches behind counter kept saying we?re way behind and it?sgoing to be awhile before we can get to you! We finally left after waiting for over 30 minutes for our sandwich. Just stopped at this location to order 1 sandwich. No special requests... Took 20 minutes after I paid to get my order and they... forgot to add the pickle. My lunch hour is wasted, so I'm eating at my desk with the remaining 5 minutes I have. Won't be backfor a long while! Read more
The worst... Sooooo understaffed... Put in an online order. Took 10 minutes to get to the store. When I walked -I was told they... were working on it. A group of 5 walked i after... Another couple and a girl walked in and ordered(not online)... They ALL gottheir sandwiches!!!! I walked out! update: less than 5 miles up the road is a Firehose w/ excellent customer svc! I decided to ignore the reviews for this Firehouse Subs location and unfortunately got burned. I could have grocery shopped my... own ingredients, drove home, and assembled my own sub in the time I received mine here. The apologies on the review page haven'tfixed the service issues at this location. Multiple orders ahead of mine were made incorrectly. Stop by if you have a half hourto hang out for your food, but make sure you double check it before you leave. Disappointing... Read more
I'm so sad! We had a service to go to and went out for lunch after. The employees were wonderful and very quick, although from... experience I know that doorbell greeting gradually erodes your soul so stop forcing them to do that, please. No one is genuinelythat excited to make sandwiches. Anyways, it was a rough day and I've always loved this place previously. The location I used tofrequent went downhill drastically so I was skeptical but it's hard to agree on a place to eat so in we went. Our food wastasty, the same amount of insanely messy as always, we went our separate ways. A few hours later, I'm sick as a dog. I text mybuddy, find out they were woken up that night also sicker than all. Did we get food poisoning from this location, or is my bodyjust not used to eating food like this anymore? Pretty strange for us both to be sick after the same meal - and again after theleftovers (I mean, why not test it and see, right?). So, TL; DR - nice place, food quality felt the same but potential foodpoisoning? Sad. Not going to return, my insides deserve better. Read more
If I'm going to over pay for a sandwich I would rather do it at Firehouse Subs instead of Subway. At least here the quality is... better then any Subway and some of the proceeds is supposed to go to first responders. The reason I gave this location 3 stars(or average) is because they messed up the bread on our sandwiches. I was supposed to have wheat and my mother wanted whitebread, but when we got them the bread was reversed. They had also forgotten our pickles. When we told them they did give uspickles after the fact. Make sure to check your order if you get food here. Read more
