It was a bad experience. When we called in our order they made us repeat everything we said. They would not accommodate my... husband's request. When we arrived and called the number for curbside they did not answer the first dozen calls we made. Wefinally got someone to anser and their response was. We knew the pick up time and we aren't ready. We got our food home and theribs were shriveled and dry, the corn was not sweet and the cornbread muffin was over cooked. No thank you. Ill pass. I'd prefer to write a positive review, so I'll start with the wonderful front end staff. They were great, timely, friendly and... attentive. The food on the other hand was (somewhat) inedible and was way over priced at that!! 20$ for 2 meats. Wow! Bring onthe meat!! Um..not much meat on the plate, but I got bread!???? My plate arrived with the meat unexpectedly smothered in bbqsauce, which was not mentioned on the menu. I can't eat bbq sauce (allergies), I just wanted meat. So I returned my dish andthen received a plate full of FAT! The pork was ok, I expect some fat in pork. The brisket was so fatty I could not eat it. Iwork in the beef industry and I am not a picky eater, but this was gross even for me! The sweet corn was not sweet but more likethe field corn we harvest for livestock. I ate most of my pork and that's about it.... for 20$. Bummer. That will be my one andonly stop at Famous Dave's. Read more

2022-06, party of 5, with reservations at 6pm. We got seated right away. Our waitress introduced herself but no one in iur... table can hear her soft voice. Our drinks order was taken right away as well. From there, everything didn't go very well. Ourdrinks came. And it took awhile for our server to come back so we can order an appetizer. She then come back after about 15minutes from the time we ordered our appetizers to get our main orders. After another 15 or so minutes, our appetizers came. Weasked for soda refills and a pina colada. She came back after another 15 minutes to let us know that our order will soon come,but she didn't remember our sodas and the pina colada. We reminded her again. 10 minutes later, sodas came. No pina colada, so Isaid, just cancel the pina colada. She left and in 5 minutes served me my pina colada. I said again, that I cancelled the pinacolada. she took it away. Our dinner came around 7:10pm. We asked for soda refills. She forgot again and had to be remindedagain. Our bill came, and she didn't take out the pina colada. She took it out after being reminded, again. The food was good,but we were also starving. The service could definitely be improved. 2022-01, party of 6, with reservations. We arrived on aFriday night. Lots of parking. Mask was enforced when u come in, but not when you are in your table. The facility was clean. Wehave a reservation and was seated right away. Our drink order was taken and served promptly. We ordered 2 appetizers, 4 adultmeals and 2 kids meals. The food was all great. The absolute WORST place Ive been in years. Paid $20+ tax for two toasts with a bit of meat in them. Their ribs claim to be... award winning, ordered the 9 bine order, left 7 couldn't even take it home. Their bloodymary is horrible and server was bad too,to quote her "I think there's a margarita special but don't quote me on it" Manager comes over "Corporate basically told us tofigure out how to cut corners because prices of meat are high so we have to try to give less and overcharge a bit. If you're nothappy you tell me what you want me to do??"... Sooooo bad, terrible service. As an example qe frequently visit Texas Roadhouse,their prices went up and we are GLAD to pay because we know their quality remains and their service is amaizing. Will nevercome back, $100 bill for a terrible experience, first time in decades I rather leave the food, pay and walkout left $30 worth ofribs that didnt even take to my dogs. Weather this is indeed Corporate greed or bad management, there is just too many otherplaces that deserve your business a lot more. Read more

When we first got there we asked the host if they still had fried pickles and they said yes. Then when we tried to order them... the waitress told us they no longer serve them. It was a disappointment and we would have went somewhere else if the host wouldhave told us that in the first place. Since we were already seated we decided to stay. I ordered the pick 1 meat, Chicken meal and the chicken was raw. I was completely disgusted. I called the restaurant to let them... know, so that no one else would have to deal with the same issue. The first person that answered the phone told me they had noidea how to deal with the situation and asked if I wanted to speak to the manager, which I said yes too. That is when the realissue began. The manager called me a liar and told me she personally checked ever piece of chicken and that it’s ok for thechicken to be pink. I told her, even if that is the case, I am really not comfortable because it looks entirely to pink to eat.She responded with “well.. we’re open until 8, so you can bring the chicken in for me to look at” and that was it. To makematters worse the beans were in runny water (zero flavor), and the cornbread was so burnt it was crunchy and inedible. Thisplace is not worth it and I will not be back. I’ve been to other Famous Dave’s in the past with great food and always leftsatisfied, but I guess it depends on where you are. Please do not waste your time at this location. Read more

I hit this place for lunch. On Wednesday’s, they have sandwiches for $4 including Pulled Pork, pulled chicken, and Brisket.... Not a better deal in town! The burnt ends appetizer were great too! Read more
