On the app, your website and google says your open until 2pm. So i arrived at 1:40 and pulled up with another person waiting... before me for an order. We both waited about 8 minutes for an answer. Nothing. So i pulled around to the front to see if youguys were open still. Your employees locked the doors 20 minutes before closing. The least you could do is put a sign outsidethat you arent taking orders before closing. I went to this location TODAY 11.20.2022 AT 08:15 IN THE MORNING. I ordered 2 (two cinnamon sugar bagels) ONE TOASTED, WITH... CREAM CHEESE THE SECOND TOASTED, WITH BUTTER AND CINNAMON SUGAR THE STAFF at the till that took the order said to help self topick up cinnamon from the supplies at the coffee pot area... I repeated the question asking for a ramakin of cinnamon sugarbecause they always put a large amount of butter on the bagel- now with the fear of being high maintenance I don't ask for lessbutter, just some cinnamon sugar in a little side cup to apply on top of the heavy butter that's been applied. The woman at thetill was pretty rude about it, then the big ole homie behind her said NO he wanted to eat all the cinnamon sugar for himself- hesaid we were not allowed in this restaurant because of our cinnamon sugar beliefs... and get out of here because we were notallowed equal cinnamon sugar rights like the bagels that they force upon us with HEAVY HEAVY butter. I am allowed in Americato go to ANY Einstein bagels and I have never been forced to eat a bagel without cinnamon sugar upon it. This is unjust,embarrassing, and most of all disappointing that in the year 2022 our fellow humans would treat each other like this. I offeredto pay for the little cup of cinnamon sugar, it's quite clear and unknown how someone would be able to maintain a place ofcinnamon sugar privilege and not share access to the cinnamon sugar. This is by far the absolute worst Einstein Bros. I have EVER been to! Two weekends in a row, my husband and I have tried to go... here and get a couple of bagels. Last weekend we were in the drive thru and some girl came out and knocked on the window. Shesays "Just so you know, the wait right now is 1 to 2 HOURS. So you need to just backup and leave." Ummm okay. They make EVERYONEback out of the drive through and close it. This morning, we go inside and there is a handwritten note on the door that says "itis at least a 25 minute wait due to short staff. Happy sunday." We are happy to wait and there is a couple of people ahead of uswaiting to order. The manager was SO rude to people ordering and was screaming out order names. This elderly woman thinks shehears her name and walks up and the manager goes "NO! NOT YOU!" She then looks at the line of people inside and says "WE ARE NOTTAKING ANY ORDERS. WE HAVE TO CATCH UP!!!" I completely understand being short staffed but there were 2 people at the drivethru, 1 at the inside register, 4 or 5 people working the line, a baker and a manager. I'm sorry but this is a bagel shop. Thatis the same amount of employees I always see there. I have worked in bakeries and restaurants for 17 years and I have NEVERspoken to guests like that or refused to serve them. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
Don't waste your time or money here. Spent 15 minutes in the drive thru waiting for 2 toasted bagels that were then dunked in a... bucket of melted butter. I was the only one in the drive thru. Disgusted and disgusting. Read more
This place is amazing and always full of good vibes! Customers just don't understand the line has real humans at it who are... doing thier best to supply the heavy orders some people greedily order.... not machines... I look at the employee screen andevery order is at least 4 items long and they make it all BY HAND. I think people need to understand they're humans!!! justlike them... I'd love to see how calm they are on the line during the rush hours ???? Read more
My wife spent over an hour in the drive thru line with only 5 cars ahead of her, just to get home and be completely missing 1 of... 4 items (just a bagel and cream cheese), the wrong pastry, and 2 sandwiches made wrong. Honestly kind of impressive that theymanaged to get everything wrong with that amount of time on their hands. Needless to say, i wouldn?t recommend this location ona Sunday morning. Read more
This location needs new management. They have had their drive threw shut down for weeks and today wouldn't allow anyone in... during normal business hrs saying they were only doing online orders for some reason. Not sure what the problem is with thislocation specifically but they fail to deliver the service expected each and every week. Read more
Ordered on DD and got a black coffee, not a huge deal. I was credited back for the coffee, all is good. Came out later to see... the re-sent my order with the correct coffee. ABOVE AND BEYOND what I expected, thank you! Other experiences have been great,especially w/upbeat staff, as well. Read more
