The coffee wasn't fresh I asked nicely if they can bring a fresh one they told me they can warm it up for me in the microwave... SMH.. Placed an order online at 12:00 and the pickup said 12:30. The food had been sitting and was lukewarm when I arrived at 12:20.... There were at least 6 employees and only 2 customers in the store but the employees were clearly upset to have to stop theirconversation and were rude when they finally did come to the register to help me and the other customer. They were out ofseveral ingredients in my order and so several things were substituted. I have never had an issue at this location and don'tmind having ingredients swapped, but the cashier's attitude made the whole experience miserable. Read more
They have good bagel, but never have onion!! Every time we are in the neighborhood we stop by and literally don?t have onion.... And it?s always that they didn?t get them in on the truck. Tired of the same excuse all the time. Read more
Friendly staff, very fast service...but the dining room is still closed?! Are you kidding me? I get being precautious, staff... wearing masks is great! But why is the dining room still closed? If you're going in and out, I'd recommend this location. But Iliterally can't if you were looking to not eat in your car. Read more
Ordered online using the app, and upon arrival I couldn't find my order sitting out where other orders would be. I asked the... counter person about my order and they had to set it to the side because they were waiting for their muffins to come out of theoven. I was offered two chocolate chip cookies for having to wait and once the muffins were finished my other was handed to meright then. Very friendly staff and even though they had a lot of orders they were very attentive to my questions and needs.Thank you, very happy with this place. Read more
If you want something specific, ask if they have if BEFORE you hand over your money, because they don?t tell you that they are... out of something. They will take your money and make you wait in line for 10 minutes before telling you they are out of an itemthat you have already paid for. And they won?t offer a refund; instead you will be asked what you want instead. Today theyforced me to substitute 3 items from my order. Out of 4, making it a meal I didn?t want but was forced to pay for. Read more
All the time I go in here and get a egg bagel for breakfast. the staff is very nice, very friendly, very good customer service!... but they're always out of bagels and then if you get an egg sandwich 80% of the time the egg is going to have so much salt on itthat it makes you choke it's disgusting. I go here a lot and this happens all the time I don't see how they don't havecomplaints all day everyday about it. I never eat in. I grab my food usually on the way to work, so grab and go. You have noidea how bad it sucks to spend so much money and end up disappointed more times than not. Very frustrating I've told theemployees multiple times. Nothing changed, the guy with the long blondish hair and beard, is the worst if you see him making theeggs you can guaranty your getting a salty egg that'll make you feel like you're going to have a heart attack from one bite.He's not the only over Salter there. there's multiple people that do it, even at other Einsteins locations there's some thatover-salt the eggs. when you get the one that's over-salted it ruins your day. And if you try to choke it down to get yourmoney's worth you literally feel like you're going to have a heart attack and feel like s***. I apologize for the bad review Ihate putting bad reviews I will take it down in a week or so. I guess I just couldn't handle it anymore I get Einsteins prettymuch every day! and I used to come here to this location everyday and I stopped I go to Parker and Arapahoe, they almost alwayshave the bagel I want and less of a chance of a heart attack.
