The customer service was good and okay. The first person who offered help was great but I wasn't ready. The second person didn't... speak much but handled the business. I was in and out pretty quickly. I got two scoops. The cherry jubilee was good. Thechocolate ice cream was okay. Something was off and I don't know what it was to be honest. It could've been my taste buds aftereating breakfast. I'll be back though. Until next time. Read more

I usually don't like to give bad reviews. But I did not have a good experience. Came inside to order a Caramel macchiato and a... breakfast sandwich. I had to wait 20 minutes for it. Everyone working there was messing around and laughing and not doing therejob. Nobody was in the drive though at all so it shouldn't of took that long. Someone came in after me and got there drinkbefore me. Then they gave me the wrong drink and had to remake it not going to this dunkin again. Read more

Every time I come here staff is nice. I usually stop here to get a drink to cool me down. Refreshers are so tasty. On the dd... side. Last time I got the smoothie on the Baskin Robbins side. Was just as tasty. Read more

I love that the coffee is less expensive than Starbucks, but I would rather pay more than be disappointed. I can't remember the... last time I visited this Dunkin and wasn't disappointed (the only reason we keep going, they have donuts). The tables weredirty, which I could understand later in the day, but we were in at 8a and there were 7 employees working (5 of which were juststanding around talking). My breakfast sandwich was decent but flat as a pancake. My Caramel latte was really good but therefresher we ordered was almost too sweet to drink. Ordered hash browns for the first time, incredibly disappointed. We onlyreceived 6 small rounds in the bag and they were almost charred and had a weird taste. Read more

Talk about GREAT customer service! My boss ordered a dozen donuts, a cold coffee and a hot coffee. I went to the location I... personally frequent. Turns out, it was not the location the ap order suggested. The manager, a middle aged gentleman,exceeded expectations! He stated he would take care of us, quickly to and filled the order... then the topper: He said we neednot cancel the original order as he owned/ managed both stores so would reconcile inventory on the back end. Dunkin has thebest coffee by far (especially their biggest nationwide competitor) plus EXCEPTIONAL customer service. On my way to work I decided to grab me a coffee and some bacon avocado toast, and when I finally get it it doesn?t have any... sweetener in it. No big deal I circle back an park and tried to go in to have them fix it. As there drive thru was to long and Ihad to go to work. But there lobby was closed due to ?short staffing? so I call their phone number an the line was busy. So Ifinally give up only for me to finally eat my toast to see the bacon burnt and barely on it. This is just weird to me, I?venever Experienced such bad customer service. I wish I could?ve waited in the drive-through but I had to get to work. Waste ofmoney waste of time. Read more

**Update** This location lost a star because once again, they're terrible. I, again, tried submitting a survey only for it to... tell me the survey code is incorrect. I'm not surprised considering the bottom of the receipt misspelled the word "email". TodayI got a bag, order #188, despite my receipt showing order #195. I ordered and paid for a breakfast sandwich and received a plancrossaint. No one ever responded to this poor review before, and since I can't submit a survey, I won't be surprised if I don'tget a response to this either. Well, I was just going to take the survey on the bottom of my receipt, but the code doesn'twork, so here I am. I used my dunkin app today to scan my rewards and had read that Wednesday's right now offer a free mediumcoffee to reward members. I mentioned it, and I was charged anyway. I read the disclaimer, and I met all the requirements, soI'm not sure why I was charged. They also consistently don't have menu items available. Read more
