Please take this location off of the maps and the app, it takes your money then provides no way of you actually getting your... food, and i cant get in touch with a human being to get my order canceled or get a refund, this place is obviously only for thepeople who work on the base and is literally ripping off everyone else who orders from them. This store is located inside the BX and says it opens at 7am. But the BX doesn't open its doors until 8am. So, logically, Dunkin... doesn't open until 8am. Hours of operation are an illusion. Read more
I ordered an ice cream cake for my son?s birthday at this location, which was not advertised to be on a secure Air Force Base. I... couldn?t get there with my kiddos to pick up and called the store manager, who said they don?t even make cakes at this location.I asked that my $30 be refunded and was directed to the main BR headquarters. The main customer service line has repeatedly saidthat the store needs to refund my money, and they won?t respond to my repeated voicemails. It?s been 2.5 weeks. In summary, Iwas allowed to order a cake at a secure location I couldn?t access. The cake wasn?t even made. My son was disappointed that oneof the few celebrations we could have in this time didn?t come through. And I paid $30 for this experience that the store won?trefund despite dozens of contacts. I've never had a drink order messed up here, but this location is ALWAYS out of something food related. Whether it be bread,... croissants, bacon, sausage, etc. I've been able to get food here without compromising my order maybe a handful of times. Thisdoesn't mean the staff is bad, as I've never had an issue with the employees, just issues with food. They open at 0700 which isa plus. Read more
I love DD and the folks at this on is no exception. The guy I see the most is always humming and at least trying to be in a good... mood. He also remembers the orders of regulars, which is great Customer service. Even though this location is a small store,they still make your sandwich a la minute so that it is super fresh and tasty. The donuts selection is smaller then a full sizedlocation, but they make up for it in customer service. Read more
