I come to this location often and I get great service. But today I ordered 2 pizzas for $7.99 as I have done a dozen times... before. I hit checkout and didn?t check the total(I will admit that was my fault and I usually do). When I realized the totalcame to $30 instead of $18 or $19, I called the store to either get the order cancelled or charged the right price. I was toldthat they didn?t have the coupon that I had applied through the app and the pizzas were already done. It was a back and forthwith one of the workers there. I didn?t catch his name and Ik he was trying hard to accommodate me but I felt like it could havebeen Cancelled and then charged me the price that it showed on my side or something. Dominoes needs to honor what their couponsare even if they don?t show in the stores system. Again I will acknowledge that I messed up and didn?t double check beforeplacing the order, but I felt the price could have been adjusted for the customer. I will say the young man that helped me wastrying his best though and I appreciate his help. Nothing against him just frustrated that nothing could have been done to fixthe issue. Read more

Store #6217 sent me the wrong pizza. I called to ask them to resend it. They told me they would within 35 minutes. After an HOUR... I called back and he told me he never sent it. I asked him to refund my order and he REFUSED and then HUNG UP ON ME. I orderfrom Dominoes around once per month and this is the WORST service I have ever received from any restaurant. The food was under cooked. The lady who picked up the phone when I called is no smarter than a mouse. The manager told me I... couldn?t have my food after it was cooked and prepared. So I waited in my car to see what would happen to the 4 pizzas I orderedand I see 2 employees and the manager leaving the store with a total of 4 pizzas. Ordered from this location two times now. First time I was lucky enough to actually have my order delivered. Unfortunately they... delivered the wrong pizza and didn?t deliver any of the additional dipping sauces I ordered and paid for. Second time they wereover 20 minutes outside the delivery window I was quoted so I called to cancel because it said my driver was still 40+ minutesaway. I go to this location multiple times a month, never had I had a bad experience. Mike the manger got on the phone today extremely... rude because my pizza wasn?t cut at all and I couldn?t bring it back stating he wasn?t going to give me anything free lol I?mnot sure if it?s because I?m a black woman or what the issue is but I never asked for anything free I was just calling becauseclearly they didn?t do their job correct and got mad that I addressed it. Takes them about an hour to deliver to my place, which is only about a 5 minute drive away, but the food is always good :)
