It was, without exaggeration, the best pizza I have ever had. Amazing experienc3 the whole way through. With courteous employees... that made me feel appreciated and welcome. It's a must try at least because otherwise you are so missing out. Props to Dion's Read more

I had ordered delivery from door dash. Someone had pretended to work for door dash had taken my order. I saw online that my... order had been canceled. I called Dion?s and asked why my order was canceled, they told me it was already picked up. Theyoffered to remake my order at no charge and asked if I could pick it up. I recently got released from the hospital after 80 daysand could not drive to pick it up. The manager Ally then said she would personally bring it to me. I have never had such careand wonderful service from a restaurant. I will always be a faithful customer, and always pick up so they don?t have to pay thedelivery fee. Also their food is always fresh and delicious. Thank you so much Ally and the team for your hard work. Read more

Their pizzas are absolutely great and amazing however their work staff is not very bright. If you ask them for a 16 oz drink the... lady will charge you and give you a very large drink. I am referring to the lady with the braces with the red elastics whospeaks very fast the drive-thru. For a place that's this great, it is their staff that is making it look bad. Read more

This used to be one of my favorite places to go for pizza. However, like all too many places since the beginning of the... pandemic, Dion?s has gone downhill, both in quality of product, and in customer service. Today, I had a pizza craving, so Idecided to order from Dion?s for pickup. I don?t live right by the store, so I arrived about five minutes early to hopefully getit hot from the oven. I went to the pick up window at the drive-through. The young girl working there said to pull into aparking place and they would bring it out in five minutes. I waited, and waited, and waited some more. After 20 minutes ofwaiting, I figured they had forgotten me, so I went inside to pick it up, something I try to avoid since both my wife and I areimmunocompromised. No one was working the window. When they finally did show up, I asked if they forgot me. Indeed they had. Itwas like they had never seen me before. I again identified myself, and they found my order sitting in the warmer while they wereall doing something else. When I said, ?I guess you DID forget me?, the young lady just said,, ?Sorry about that.? Sad to say,the toppings were cold and undercooked, and the crust soggy and limp. I expected better than this from Dion?s. I may not go backafter this experience. I really don?t understand why things have gone downhill so fast. There are too many other pizza places todeal with this. Read more

Dion's is a fantastic place to grab a slice of pizza or a salad. The pizza crust is buttery, crispy, and delicious, and is... covered with a tasty red sauce and quality mozzarella cheese. Their salads are filled with fresh quality ingredients. Thehouse ranch is some of the best around. I cannot recommend this place enough. You won't be disappointed! Read more

So I tried this on advice of a friend. He suggested the 505 (Green Chilies and Pepperoni). I got a backup of Pepperoni and... Italian Sausage just in case. Walking up to the counter, pleasant people walked me through a few things and were actually someof the nicest people I met in a restaurant. While waiting, I looked around and liked the ambiance. They had an old schoollooking 50's fridge showing their sauces, dressings, etc I assume you can purchase, but I didn't ask, so that may not be thecase. Great skylights. I saw a grandfather holding his granddaughter up so she could watch them toss the pizza. Place was veryclean, and cozy for families. I also saw they had a drive-thru, which impressed me. I was impressed from the get go on service, but I loved how people were laughing and having a great time while working. I think a great vibe is key to great service. Whenmy order came up to go, a young lady asked if I was Ryan with a smile, showed me my order, and told me to have a great day. 15minutes later, I got home, slices (you can order by the slice) looked great. To be honest, it was just above average. It didn'thave that 'spark'. It was good, and I'll be back, but I'm going to try thier salads, they looked great and I heard people ravingabout them while I was there. They also have me curious on the subs. I give everyplace three tries before I decide. This was a4/5. I think it was light on sauce to be honest. I didn't get any flavors I'm used to like hints of oregano, etc. But it wasgood, just not great. I realize a chain has to appeal to all customers and their taste buds, I can respect that. If I livedcloser, it'd probably be my local go to since it was good. But I'll stop by if I'm in the area and try a salad next since it's atwenty minute drive. Read more

Came here for lunch with the family. The service was great but the food average. We got the 505 pizza & a couple salads/French... breads. The main thing that stuck out to me was the green chili ranch. Read more
