One word can change a person's day from bad to amazing. TACOS. Stopped in after the Lume Colorado Dali exhibit since it was... conveniently located also at Stanley Marketplace. Service was a bit slow despite not being terribly busy for a Sunday night. Ithas a fun vibe and more inviting than other choices in the food hall. Definitely has some good Mexican food that is fresh andflavorful. Servings on my tacos were generous. They are street taco size so order more than one or two if you are hungry. I hadthe skirt steak and carnita ones and little disappointed they did not carry al pastor tacos. The queso was not what I expectedbut decent enough to devour with the delish chips which were not greasy. Didn't try the specialty cocktails this time around butwould try them on next visit. There are a ton of secrets to happiness and I can tell you, no matter what, I am never sad at aMexican restaurant with tacos sitting in front of me. Read more

We enjoyed lunch on their patio. Staff was friendly though would disappear longer than we wished. We ordered the GF fried spicy... shrimp with jalapeno aioli - tasty treat for all of us, happy for gf! I got a carnitas taco and a steak taco (photo) -delicious! My kids ordered from the kids menu and they liked they're (overly cheesey) quesadillas well enough. The carnitas gftaco wasn't too spicey for my daughter. But be aware -- if you order a griddle taco it is basically a quesadilla with a lot ofcheese (greasy) and some basic taco fillings (that you choose from) cooked in a panini press. It wasn't what my mom had mindwhen ordering a taco... And we had asked the waitress the difference between the tacos. The limeade fell short of having as muchflavor as we'd hoped. Read more

I love coming to Comida!! Such a fun atmosphere at Stanley Market in general. The food and drinks at Comical are delicious! Try... all of the apps because the homemade chips are to die for. Follow the menu guidelines on "Works best as..." a taco or tostadafor the most part. I love the Situation, the carnitas, the mushroom one, and any of the veggie ones. Love the Oaxaca oldfashioned. Food is just OK - we ordered the queso which didn’t have much flavor but was very spicy. We asked for a side of salsa which... was $4.50. The chicken enchiladas had no sauce on top of them and were very dry. House marg seemed like it was mostly orangejuice. On the positive side, the service was good. We likely won’t go back when there are so many other good places to eat inStanley Market place. Read more

Loved the grilled tacos and the yucca fries were unique and different. Very tasty especially with the avocado cream sauce. The... chips with salsa were excellent. I love the fresh made tortilla chips. Prices were high but that’s probably due to the StanleyMarket place fees. Read more

The tacos were fantastic. The quesadilla(chicken) was lackluster and the refritos(retried beans) tasted straight out a can and... the rice was hard and flavorless. The salsa should have some heat and not taste like cafeteria salsa. Staff was very selfinvolved and bar centric. I’m so glad we tried this new spot in Stanley Marketplace! The wide selection and flavor of the salsas AND the hearty homemade... tortilla chips were a great indicator this place was going to be legit. I picked up a taco trio and while they were all verygood, the shrimp taco was a standout. You could tell Comida spent time to marinade the shrimp in some spicy goodness well beforecooking them to perfection. I only wish there was a bit more tortilla to the tacos to help with “taco control” whileeating..but then that might mean less great fillings..so there may be a double-edged sword there! My better half ordered thecarnitas burrito, which she liked as well. The service was very good...we were tended to by our bartender.
