The ice cream is just okay. I guess I'm just not a fan of the coldstone method of mixing ice cream. More problematic was the... small ice cream cake I bought for my wife on her birthday. Expensive and tasted freezer burnt. In short I feel I overpaid for C-ice cream cake. This is 100% my subjective opinion and not an assertion of fact in anyway. Read more

They also have SHERBET... also & a light Vanilla i Toppings r mostly have sugar but they also have: Crushed nuts Fresh Banana' Peanutbutter * Youcan also tell them u would like your peanutbutter melted. Goldstone also have a card when u use it u will earn points. & Willget 25 POINTS When u sign up 4 the MY GOLDSTONE CLUB REWARDS CLUB. IF U don't have your membership card with u no problem. Ordered a Love It. They put it in a Like it cup inside of a Love it :( and I signed up and had the BOGO but they didn?t honor it... so I ended up paying $9 for a Like it plus a shake (should?ve only been $6.49 + tax) but this was a horrible experience. I getthat they don?t care for their job, but what if everyone in health care behaved the same way? It?s just super disappointing. Read more
I love coming to this place have for the past 5 years and so happy with the service. Lexi by far is the kindest, most... professional. She is a main reason I will drive the extra distance to go here even though I live next door to another store!Thank you Lexi for always making my family and I feel so welcome and important. We placed a delivery order last week and once our ice cream arrived, I noticed they messed up my order and gave me double of the... same thing. I was extremely disappointed as I was really looking forward to that chocolate-dipped strawberries ice cream. Iimmediately called and notified them of the mistake. Unfortunately, since I placed the order through door dash, the companyrefused to fix the mistake and send out another order. That being said, Cold Stone's manager and Sam took it upon themselves tomake sure I was happy and Sam personally drove to my house to deliver my ice cream. Sam even included a hand written noteapologizing for the mistake. Not only did they resolve the issue but they even gave me an upgraded size for free because of themishap. Delicious and amazing variety of hand made ice cream selections and mix-in options. The 1st mix-in it is free! The waffle cones... are disappointingly unremarkable, considering the price almost doubles by including one This is a place to splurge. Expectpaying at least $8 for a small dip, (w/ waffle cone). In short - this is one of the best Cold Stones I've been to. It was well staffed, clean, and as always they have a ton of... delicious treats! The one drawback is that it is rather expensive for a bowl of ice cream, so I can't go frequently, but onoccasion, when I need a delightful bowl of cold goodness, this is likely where I'll go!
