So 5 stars is what I gave this place 4 years ago. Now 1 star is more than it deserves. Our chicken was slightly burnt crispy... also hard and dried out. No where near fresh and you could tell it had been sitting under the lamps for awhile. The biscuitscould be a deadly weapon if you threw one hard enough- also dry and hard. Not sure what's going on it's been this way forawhile. Hope you realize people work hard for the money they spend here, but ensuring customers a quality product is not theirpriority by any means. It's been like this for awhile so hopefully corporate checks up on this location. We lost a Dairy Queenso this place could exist... If nothing else, there's always Popeyes. Read more
Typically I prefer church's chicken over any other chicken place around my location but this is getting ridiculous. First they... raise their prices and then they give you less food with those high prices. To top it all off, I ordered the 4 piece tenders andwhen I get home of course I'm missing a tender. So I literally paid $15 for 3 tenders, a small mashed potatoes and gravy, asmall Mac n cheese and a biscuit? Even one of my tenders looks like a mouse was nibbling on it? Well at least when I see thatsign of out of business go up, I will at least know why! Next time I'll go to either Popeyes or KFC down the road. They may bejust as expensive but at least you get what you paid for! Read more
the worst one. the tenders were old, the bombers were overcooked with the cheese gone because they didn't take it out in time... and still served it!! asked for 3 peach cobblers didn't get one. the drive thru kid was awkward and lacked basic customerservice skills... there was way to many employees just standing around not doing anything. They ripped me off. I asked for a 3 piece, with and extra side and 2 jalapenos and some how I got charged for 4 and it costed... me $15. I 3 piece by itself is like 7 bucks Read more
It was such a confusing time here! Since I hadn't been to Church's since I was a kid, I wanted to check out this one since it... was pretty close and to see for myself if their chicken was worth the southern cuisine hype. The service was pretty okay, theperson who took our order was pretty bland, he just seemed kind of there, if that makes sense. We didn't have anything missingin our order, and our food was ready to go in no time at all. However - the biggest complaints come from the food itself! I saythis was a confusing experience because never had I had such good food that left me feeling deprived. We had two kinds of meals; a 5 pc tender meal with fries, a drink and a biscuit and a chicken sandwich meal with mac n cheese and a drink. The chicken waswell seasoned, not too salty or too bland, and flavored beautifully. However, this will be the last compliment I can give, asthey completely deprived us in every other way other than our drinks. The chicken was painfully dry, some parts were even burntit was so dry. The portions they gave us for ridiculous - especially for being a southern cuisine place. They gave us only ahandful of fries to complement and a small amount of shriveled-looking tenders. The mac and cheese they gave us only had lessthan half that would fill the styrofoam cup it was placed in. The best way I can think of these portions is those from a schoollunch. Will not be returning here! For the price we paid, it was ridiculous - not even Popeyes, KFC, or Chick-Fil-A would haveus so wrong like this! Read more
Went to Church?s today for my first time at this location. I have to say this was an interesting experience. The service wasn?t... the friendliest and a bit slow. As you can see by the photos, the okra was a little over cooked. My sides were mostly wrongalso. But some of this worked out for the best. But the staples of churches are the chicken, right? The spicy chicken sandwichwas incredible! I had chicken tenders too and they were amazing. They were both tender and juicy. The cole slaw was even greatand I hate coke slaw (I didn?t order the cole slaw, it was a mistake). Honestly, I would recommend going here if you don?t minda no-frills atmosphere for some great chicken at a decent price. Read more
