I?ve never experienced a Chipotle that is so consistently out of items. Tonight they were out of chicken and steak. A chipotle... with no chicken or steak. If you place an online order when they?re out of stuff, they also can?t really help you, you have togo through the online customer service system. And even then, you don?t get a refund, they give you a free entree for your nextorder. Read more

This may be a bit of a rant, this location consistently has a line which is amazing, love to see a business doing well. How ever... they consistently run out of things. And you never know what yhey are out of until halfway through your order being built. Andthey haven't had a rewards scanner for at least 6 months, which tells me a few things. Either you have managers that are moreworried about their bottom line than the guest experience. Or you have an ownership group that is oblivious and doesn't care.Either way, get a scanner for the rewards! They're a couple hundred bucks if that and say something when you run out ofsomething. Terrible food all dried out. Chips were stale. Their burrito warmer was broken. Out of the peppers and onions. Paid $30.00 and... ended up throwing the food in the garbage. Will not go back to the location on Smoky Hill Road. What a waste of money and I knowthey don't care. Every time I have gone to this location, it is a disappointment. No more! Read the reviews! I've been coming to this Chipotle for 20 years. Over the last year or so, it has fallen to pieces. The staff is lazy and... incompetent, and management doesn't seem to care. I remember when a 15-person line would evaporate in minutes. Now the linebarely moves. The food quality has gone down, and the portions have shrunk. Everyone has a bad attitude. Read more

This is the story of this store, nearly every visit, they?re out of something, or they?re taking ?cash only? for whatever... reason. Online order buyer beware, this is likely to happen to you and you won?t be notified of it when you arrive (I know,because they?ve done it to me). Great location; always busy but they get everyone through pretty quick. Just like any other chipotle. Customer service is... available to above average. They do charge for guacamole unlike Qdoba. But you get what you pay for, chicken burritos are onpoint. Always get the chips and guacamole it?s bomb. I highly recommend this location if you are in the area. It is in the Kingsooper parking lot; lots of other restaurants in this plaza as well so it?s great for groups because you can get chipotle andother people will have options. Read more

Agree with another few reviews, going downhill fast. They often turn off online ordering, I get it people are short staffed? But... then you?ll come @7pm when it says they close @10 and they have a ?sorry we are closed? sign up with people clearly still insidethe restaurant picking up food. You?ll grab your order after having ordered ahead and ask if they have limes/lemons and the guysays ?no? then turns away. You?ll order ahead and get there on time, wait 20 mins with no apology and a simple ?looks like wehave no steak? when you ask for your food. Zero customer service skills from front to back. Another time I came the lady infront of me and the man in front of her ordered a burrito and two employees tried closing said burritos and couldn?t. Its justfood, I get it, first world probs. It?s not one bad experience, it?s at least 3. Someone with a little authority needs to cleanthis place up. It?s a hot mess. Go anywhere but this location. Read more
