Tried giving them one more chance today......unfortunately it wasn't great. In my experience, Chipotle had always been known... for their cleaner, leaner and more fresh ingredients. This Chipotle chicken is always WAY over seasoned, cut into MASSIVEchunks, and is littered with fatty pieces that are un-edible. Every bite usually has a piece of throw away fat/gristle. Notsure if this is the new standard for Chipotle, or if it is a very isolated problem with this specific location. Either way,there needs to better quality control in general and focus on getting Chipotle back to what it used to be. Read more

Let me start by saying that your experience will vary significantly here depending on if you visit before 5 pm. If you?re here... before five, you?ll get a great experience. Your food will be delicious, you?ll get the right portions, and you?ll notice thatthe lines move quickly and the ladies working the line are efficient and keep everything clean and neat. If you?re here after 5pm, you?ll get a bad experience. The people working the line are slow and messy. They don?t measure portions correctly, andyou?ll get food that can have too much of one ingredient. They still don't improve their wrapping skills and the toppings are not evenly spread on the burrito. The red sauce is EXTREMELY... spicy they are not doing it right I love spicy and this location is ridiculous. It's so spicy you can't taste anything else Icouldn't even finish my food because it burn my tongue!!! Get your recipes measured right. Chips were stale and burrito was not good and barely wrapped. Sign on the door said masks required but 2 workers wore either... chin or mouth guards. Some customers didn't wear a mask. At least employees should be wearing a mask with a sign on the door.Pic shows mouth guard guy but the guy you can't see next to him had a chin guard. Not sure what this location's idea of 'open until 10' is? Arrived around 8:20 and the signs weren't illuminated, the chairs were... all stowed on top of the tables, and the drink station was being cleared. We quickly rushed to get the drinks that we had paidfor and were informed that the dining room closes at 8??? This is not posted anywhere and is totally not standard practice forChipotle. We had just flown in with our two kids under 4 and needed a place to revive ourselves. We pulled out two high chairsand sat at a table, as there were still lots of customers entering the restaurant and coming through the line. As we wereleaving , a young female employee made a remark to some other (also seated?) customers that 'Didn't they see the chairs werealready stacked?'. It really seemed like the employees just wanted to leave work early. Discouraging business by having thebusiness sign lights off is super bad practice and we were really counting on this dinner to be a landing place for us after along day traveling.
