This chipotle is ok but always seems to forget something in my order when I order through door dash or just flat out gives me... the wrong order. It?s very frustrating. The other day I ordered on door dash and pico de gallo was not an option on the list ofthings to order. So I called the store and the employee told me that my order was already ready so they were going to put it onthe side. However, when my door dasher got there, he told me that my order was not even ready and they did not put my side inthere. Then when I called back 3 times they refused to pick up the phone. Read more

Chipotle is normally my favorite place to eat, but tonight I went with my boyfriend and he asked for double rice and beans and... didn?t even get the normal serving amount, and they didn?t give me a full scoop of steak or him a full serving of barbacoa. I come here a lot and overall I think it's a good place. They usually always have the order ready at pick up before I get there.... The only thing is that I've caught it happen at least twice where my order was not just ready on time, but was ready a solid10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. I understand trying to get ahead of online orders but if I plan for a certain time, Idon't want it to be cold by the time I pick it up and then get home because it's been sitting on the shelf for too long. Onlyother thing I experienced a few times at this location is that something was missing in my order (1 time was guac, 1 time wasmeat) so make sure you check your orders before leaving, however Chipotle support was quick to make up for it. But again, Ifrequent this location a lot and overall the experience is 5 stars because they are prompt, nice, and the food always tastesgreat. Read more
The workers are always under the influence of something and can never seem to do they?re job right. The managers are all fine... but the meals are never consistent and sometimes missing certain toppings. It really has gotten worse and worse over time andthere hasn?t been one good visit in a while.
