Employees are super nice and welcoming. But the quality of food since the last time I was here (over a year ago) went from ?ok?... to ?gross?. I?m glad I had a gift card but I feel sorry for the person who spent money on the gift card. Used to be an alrightplace to grab lunch but since the quality has severely suffered , I will not be returning. Read more

I went in at 11:25 to get lunch and got my bowl at 11:51. when I got there there was only 4 people ahead of me, by the time i... left there were well over 12 people behind me.i really don't know why they put the phone orders before the people there. I lostmy appetite which is good since I had no time to eat it anyways, good mandarin lemonade for me today.sad day at Chipotle,by theway I got charged 19 today and 12.90 the other day,so I asked and she said why, but I didn't want to hear it and just needed itto go,i asked for my receipt she said it was in the bag, LIES! i got to work and no ticket! Small highly customizable menu with decent fresh ingredients how can you not like it. Only thing though your portion size varies... when manager is lurking around or not. Even pretty please doesn?t work you are totally at their mercy. Read more

I get that it gets super busy around dinner time but maybe they shoule teach them how to roll up burritos (is it so hard to roll... burritos?). My burrito is not even a burrito, everything is falling out. Guess I should've gotten a bowl instead. Read more

I normally love this place, but my order today was horrible. Where to start. When we walked in, there was no one in line. We... were up next, and there was one young man taking temperatures several times, taking his time and not willing to take our order.Then, the young lady there who was not doing anything walked to the back and avoided taking our order, and within seconds, theyoung man also walked to the back to avoid taking orders. They both finally walked to the front, and the young lady who finallydecided to take our order heated all the tortillas for our burritos together, and they were all soggy. After taking her sweettime in preparing each burrito, one burrito, I asked for sour cream, and she put a whole spoon so it ended up being a sour creamburrito instead of a chicken burrito. The second burrito, she put the smallest amount of sour cream, and all the food wasfalling out of the burrito. The 3rd one is just a complete mess, I have attached the picture of that one. The fourth one, shebroke the tortilla and had to rebuild the whole burrito. Read more

My husband LOVES chipotle. Like seriously it's an unhealthy obsession. Lately we've noticed the lack of training given to the... employees... They can't wrap the burritos correctly anymore.
