Not sure who our waitress was but we went 10/01/22 around 4pm at table 61. The host who sat us let know that they were short on... servers but we?d be helped soon. Had a small wait but it gave us enough time to get our order ready. Our server was sweet, kindand helpful. She had a genuine desire to make sure her tables were happy and taken care of. She wasn?t the only one. When shewas running (literally running) to other tables and I felt bad disturbing her there were several other staff members who madesure to help our table. It was ok for a quick bite. However you should never seat someone and them walk away if the table and chairs are dirty. The... waitress was very friendly and the food was hot. Definitely not somewhere I'd rush back to but I would go again. Read more
DO NOT EAT HERE! THEY DO NOT CARE! Cold food, sloppy presentation. Loaded potatoes were not placed in a separate container, ... just put around steak. Gooey, garlicky mess. We waited extra 15 min.at pickup for correct order. Read more
7/4/22- came here to grab desert and drinks before the fireworks. The put us in the non-bar side and when we tried to order the... happy hour drinks they told us they can only be ordered in the bar area. We requested to then be moved over there and told themthat if host would have told us that when we checked in it wouldn't have been an issue. While we waited for them to clean us atable in the bar area they brought us 2 waters and mine had something floating in it. When we got our food it was just average.Then they also ended up closing early due to staffing issues. It would have made more sense for them to just close on theholiday then to provide horrible customer service. My star rating of 2 stars is based on their service and the food would onlyget 3 stars. We went here for our 21 anniversary. Let's start off with the great. The server Amber did an amazing job, very polite and very... helpful when we did run into a problem. Then there is the food. My wife order the chicken fajitas(they brought steak out) whichshe loved it. I ordered the house BBQ sauce ribs, ended up getting the honey flavored ribs which I did enjoy. Now for the issueswe ran into. We sat down and ordered fairly quickly, our appetizers came out quickly, then 5 other family are seated, order,receive their meals and leave before our server noticed our food had not come out yet. At this point Amber stays in the kitchenmaking sure our food is next out. She and the manager come out to apologize for the mistake. At this point we notice the steakmix up with my wife's fajitas, which is surprisingly fixed quickly. So over all we had a great dinner since the food tastedamazing. While there was some bumps on the visit they were fixed beyond what I would have expected for a restaurant. We will beback again. Read more
