This location used to be very good. Orders were never wrong and the food was consistently good. Lately almost every order I make... has something wrong with it. Quality has gone down and either they give us someone else's food by mistake, charge us for itemsthey don't give us or they give us the wrong items. For instance today my partner and I both ordered chicken tortilla soup andwe both got regular chicken soup. I'm bummed because it used to be one of our favorite places for a quick meal. Read more
Placed an online order for 50 plus dollars and asked for Sauces for the food items , no Sauces no straws no napkins and to top... it all off I get home to enjoy my sandwhich and there's a bite out of my sandwhich that I asked for no pickle on due to anallergy. I will be reaching out to corporate and the BBB and health department for this disgusting act that is so disgustingand against any food and safety acts within a restaurant!!!! I absolutely love Chick-fil-A but this one didn't get my order right. I ordered an original chicken sandwich and got a spicy... sandwich instead. Plus they didn't give us the shake we ordered. We had to go back up and wait in line again to ask for it. Thelady working the dining area was exceptional though. Very friendly and helpful. Read more
I feel like this spot has fallen off? we live close by and spend a lot of money here. The last 3 or 4 times our food gets messed... up or they charge you for something you didn?t get. 2 stars here bc the fries I finally got were hot. Took 10-15 extra minutes 5or so other cars go by? our order comes out wrong. Be careful with this spot bc this has happened several times?they?re kindasuspect. Check your food to see if it was messed up and see if they were able to fill the fry box with the size of fries you payfor. I told a lady behind the counter and she just said sorry and threw them away and walked off. 5 minutes later a guy comesup and asked if I needed help I told him and he got fries with fries in them. That's a deluxe chicken sandwich I just got from this Chick-fil-A. It used to be really good, but I'll be honest, the Chi-King... from Burger King looked more appetizing than this. Not to mention the lady taking more order kept rushing me through my order,she also got my drink order wrong. Thanks Chick-fil-A, you just lost a customer. Read more
Have been going here since the one on alameda is closed for a remodel. Have had 4 negative experiences and one that met normal... expectations. I have only gone 5 times. Every order is missing at least something (except the 1 order). Straws/sauces/ napkinsaren?t as big of a deal because I don?t pay for them, but I?ve not received large fries and shakes. The first time a menu itemwas missing, I called and talked to a manager who said they would refund me to my app (where i have made all the purchases).They never did. This past Saturday I went and again was missing items so I filed a report with CFA cares. I got a generic email2 days later from Tate Smith from this location saying ?thanks for the feedback? ?we hope you?ll see a difference on your nextvisit? Ultimately, I?m really disappointed in lack of care and service here! I would just like to be refunded for my missingitems. I don?t need an apology or a gift card or even my whole meal free, just don?t charge me for things that you didn?t giveme. Read more
