Worst chick fil A I have ever been too. I ordered the #2 regular and it came half cooked. Halfway through the sandwich it was... all gooey and cold . The fries were stale as all heck. Stop a couple of times through the drive thru. After work 8;30 pm were one of the worst chicken sandwiches I had eaten, tasted... like they were cooked at noon. Have to think twice before stopping again. Read more

Beware of the dreaded drive-thru line anytime you try to pull in, or even just try to park because of the way the parking lot is... built. There are a lot of spaces to park because the restaurant is parked beside the equally-as-beloved Hobby Lobby. I say thelot is built funny because it seems there is only one way in and one way out and as a driver, it can really be a headache tomaneuver or wait. As a fair warning, I will say almost anytime you roll up for the drive-thru line, it was most definitely bepacked, so always plan accordingly and do not go if time is not on your side. There will still be a line if you decide to parkand order in, almost every time we order inside the line is never too crazy, it's usually just a couple of people in front of usbefore our order is taken. The only real brutal thing is the wait: it's not as bad as one would think, but it's apparent theycater to online and drive-thru orders before everyone else's, but if waiting doesn't bother you then it will most definitely beworth it. The employees look like busy bees always swarming to take someone's order/making various fountain drinks/packing inthe right food in bags/handing out bags of food; it's an interesting sight to see. It's the only restaurant where you see thiskind of thing because they are usually always busy. Of course, the food was banging (I even got the pleasure of getting an extranugget in my 8 piece nugget!), the lemonade was banging. My only real complaint is that when we tried finding a table to sit atand all the tables that weren't occupied were dirty, so we had to wipe them down ourselves, but again, because of the busy beeclimate, I completely understood that perhaps no one had time to wipe down tables between the customers sitting in. Also, Ithought it was pretty neat that they had Christmas Decor still hanging around the restaurant. I’m so disappointed in this particular CFA! No telling how many bad nuggets I ate before coming across this...this is why... previous reviews have stated they’ve experienced ‘stomach pain’ or ‘funny feeling’. Y’all are feeding us half-cookedproducts! Coming from an former CFA employee..this is unacceptable & the kitchen staff is in need of extensive training, on howto properly thaw & cook/temperature check chicken.
