CFA really seems to be going down hill. They were super busy in drive thru so we dined in. Only one staff member spoke directly... to me, the rest were awkwardly silent and unfriendly. All of the chicken and fries were luke warm at best. I had to interruptthe group of employees all chatting to ask if I could get bigger tenders, because the three I got were pretty small. Theyhesitantly gave me new ones, which were just as luke warm as the first set. While appreciate the replacement, I would'veappreciated hot food more, and a little friendly service goes a long way. The bowl on the far right is one I got from ChickFila down Smoky Hill. And the two is what I got yesterday from this location. I... got home and opened my bowl to an expensive snack that was big enough for my 4 year old and not me......along with ongoingissues with the quality of the chicken and other food items. Not sure what's happening with this location but won't be back. This was always my preferred Chik-fil-A. Service was stellar,... food was done correctly and the people working here were friendly. I've stuck with them through CoVid and lack of staff. Theyjust don't seem to care anymore. This is the third time ordering through the app with no curbside service. I waited in the drivethrough for 1/2 hour, confirmed my order over the speaker stressing extra pickles on the side of the sandwich, not ON thesandwich, please and thanks so much. After being out for an hour to specifically go to this restaurant, I get home to a handfulof pickles on the sandwich and a pickle juice pasty bun. Look, save the half jar of pickles. They and the bun went in thegarbage, along with the pickles on the side. 3rd time happening, strike 3, you're out. Many other places to eat. Wasted my timeand money for disappointment and aggravation. Oh, and when I asked at the window if they were short staffed, I was told it wasslow. Not sure if that meant they didn't have staff because they consider it to be a slow time or if the staff is actually justslow. Either way, not coming back. Read more
Best experience at a fast food restaurant in my life. This was my 1st time ever eating here, I never wanted to wait in the... outside line before. Staff greeted me, check on me while dining, offered other products and cleaned my tray and table when Ileft. Food was tasty and loved the frozen lemonade! Other businesses should take a chapter out of their business model and theworld would be a better, more respectful and kinder place to live! Must visit again soon. Definitely the worst location. It doesn?t seem possible, but this place will find a way to screw up your order, every. single.... time. The last time I went in ordered 1 grilled chicken Cobb salad, I was given/charged for 2 fried chicken Cobb salad. Didn?tcome with any dressing either. Slowest of all the chick fil a drive throughs. Came here for fast service. Trapped in line 20 minutes when line not that long.
I requested that the hash browns be made well done. I was informed that this store will not make anything well done. Frequently... the hash browns taste cold, soggy, and undercooked and I was trying to avoid that. My efforts failed and they tasted cold,soggy, and undercooked. I was also informed that they would not make lunch items early. Again, this was a first. The staff andowner/operator were very friendly. This is the first time I have ever been to a CfA and left without a totally positiveexperience. I will probably not be returning to this location and that is also something that I have never said. Update11/15/22 This still a horrible location. Zero people in the drive through. Zero other people waiting curbside. Maybe 6 cars inthe lot. took 14 minutes for a curbside order and they still refused to make their hash browns not soggy. This location isterrible.. Read more
