Just tried this place for the first time - and I was impressed. This is inside the Walmart, so I wasn't very optimistic, but the... cheesesteak was delicious and the fries were hot and crispy. Great cheesesteaks with more toppings than other places and some bomb boneless wings. I always order the Ultimate Fries with my... meal. Combining cheese sauce, bacon bits, and ranch dressing puts most other cheese fries to shame. Read more
My ?three cheese? cheesesteak was dry as a bone, basically no cheese and didn?t have the pepper relish I asked for. Super... disappointing, I asked twice for the pepper relish. Also ordered large size sandwiches and it seems like I got medium. Read more
They made sandwiches wrong and when it was brought to their attention while being made they said too bad they?re already made. I... ordered chicken and got steak. They were supposed to be provolone and got white American. The meat was old and dry. !! $50worth of food thrown away. Very poor customer service!!! Read more
Finally they are here in Aurora. I love Charleys foods. Great food at reasonable prices.
I feel like rating that atmosphere of a restaurant inside Walmart is a little unfair. I mean it's not drab or ugly .. actually... it's impressively clean and they did what they could with the space but... You're still eating in Walmart and there's just noway around that. Staff is pleasant enough. Got my order right, which is always nice. If you're expecting one of the bettercheesesteaks you've ever had, you WILL be disappointed. But they are good. They don't skimp on the meat etc. Not amazing, butnot at all bad. I've been back several times, and not just because of the convenient location. Read more
