People that work here have adopted an idea of 90% focus on drive thru business and 10% time and effort serving customer inside... dining area and front counter, they won't even look at customer waiting at counter getting ready to order, drive thru getshighest priority. I used to enjoy cozy little dining area there but now I will go to different BK, for better customer service,attention and friendliness experience. In breakfast hour they typically keep the front entrance door locked, they huddle aroundback kitchen area to chit chat. They say the same excuse, we are understaffed and no one can take order at counter, its nothingbut monkey business here. This BK really don't care, go somewhere else for better BK experience. I ordered on the app for a delivery, the contact number for the driver did not work. The app shows my order was delivered but I... do not have my order, and nobody tried to contact me at all. Nobody is answering the phone when I try to call the restaurant. Itried to place the order again because I still need to eat, and somehow I was charged 3 times. Ordered original chicken sandwich and it was burnt. Not just a little crispy but literally burnt. I could barely even chew it.... We ordered through the drive thru, so I didn?t even know it was burned until I got home. I just don?t understand why they wouldeven give it to someone. Just toss it and make a new one. Edit: been here 4 times since then (i work next door) all of them are 1 star experiences! Expect to wait 25+ minutes. Expect to... wait a long time for food if you?re not literally the only person there. I have never seen more than three employees at thislocation at one time. Owner/operator obviously doesn?t care otherwise they would hire people or close down the inside or drivethrough to help out their employees. Horrible experience every time. Read more

Burger King would be my most go to fast food place that I go to?. I had an issue the other night, nothing seemed to be right... about the order- I ordered 2 Whopper meals with cheese ( no cheese on either Whopper) The Whoppers didn?t have the sesame seedslike usual. I ordered Large fries on both and got small. I realize things happen. I went into the store 2 days later withinformation on what happened. I talked with Jose about the incident- Jose said that the store had run out of buns the night thatI ordered. Jose could not have been nicer about the issue and replaced the Whoppers and fries. Went inside, had coupon for two for 5.49 meal. Added a value cheese burger, but it didn't come with cheese, tried to call the... restaurant but it says phone is disconnected. So much for having it my way. Read more
