They just updated this place, looks new inside and out. They have two drive thru lanes. Never a long wait from order to get... food. Employees are average to below average with customer service. Food is average. I would come back to this location to eatagain. Read more
Very rude guy taking the order around 2pm-2:30pm today. Did not know how to take the order correctly. Gave me wrong order and... overchaged me for the item that I did not want. We stopped in on Friday, July 8, 12:16 p.m. it was ultra hot outside,and we had the dog with us in the car. The drive-thru was... backed up, and nobody was moving, so we decided to go inside. Wife and I went inside to order. I wanted a plain double hamburger-nothing on it except a pair of patties and the bun. I also asked for medium fries. Then I went back to the car to care for thedog, and told the kid behind the register my wife would complete the order. After 15 to 20 minutes, I went back inside and sawmy wife with 2 drinks. I sent her out to care for the dog, and waited. Our order was #27. While people who came in after us wereleaving with their meals, I asked about ours. The kid set a bag in front of me. Inside was only my burger. No fries, I told themI'd ordered fries, and the manager had come over. "No you didn't order fries," and he showed our receipt that did not showfries. "My wife was standing right next to me when I ordered them. How about I have her come in and tell you herself?"Whereupon, I was given a medium order of fries. I was insulted. Telling me I did not order fries when I did? Tantamount tocalling me a liar in front of other customers? Intolerable! There was still no sign of what my wife ordered. I was told to waita bit, and responded we'd already been there half an hour. I was then given a burger my wife ordered. I went back to the car andmade good our escape. I learned later my wife had also ordered fries but did not receive them either. This Burger King is acluster festival. Their service is exactly why Burger King is facing economic problems and closing stores. I would onlyrecommend this location be the next one BK closes! Read more
I always love it when I eat here, really the only Problem I have with this place is that the indoor playground is still closed,... and that if you go there multiple times prices of stuff will go up and down. For an example, on 1 July I got a small fry for$.80. On the Fourth of July I got a small fry for $2.20, The fries still good either way though???? Read more
They are so nice and made sure my order was right and I had all my food. It was a bit of a wait but, good customer service goes... a long way. Matthew stood out as a nice and respectful kiddo. Read more
