Went here twice and both times were frustrating for different reasons. The first time I had to wait, no joke, thirty minutes... for my food. It happens, I get that. Then today I ordered through the mobile app, got to the window, and was told, very rudely,they couldn't fulfill the order because the grill was down. Again, it happens. So I asked him to cancel the order and he toldme, again rudely, that he couldn't and I had to go to 'whatever app I ordered it on'. I ordered it on the BK app so not sure whysomeone in the store can't take care of that. If he was polite I would be fine with it -- but he wasn't'. At all. It's a burger king just like any other so you should know what you're getting into. The 2 for $4 breakfast sandwich deal was... nice. Though the croissant sandwich was underwhelming compared to the biscuit sandwich. Read more
Customer service is dead. These fast food restaurants are dying with it. This was a pretty bad experience from the start. First... off let me say I love burger King but this was so bad, I will not be back. The lady was rude when ordering. Didn't say a wordat the window. I even said "have a great day" she said "yeah" then we got the food. Fries were good but that's it. My chickensandwich was hard and rubbery. Tasted very old and stale. Fries were incredibly salty. They didn't have applesauce for my son.Just bad. Won't be back. Read more
Asked for no pickles and I got extra just thrown in the wrapper. Patties weren?t even on the bottom bun. Fries were burnt and... unsalted. Shakes suck they are watered down and you get an attitude if you ask for a different one.literally it has the consistency of... melted ice cream.tastes kinda weird also made me wonder there policy on cleaning the machine. Read more
