The guy working the window at 2 am on 11/15 lies to me at least every time, at least 5 times now. I hate fries, and always... order onion rings for an extra $4, but this one particular guy always happily takes my order and gives me fries every time. Inever have this problem with anyone else, nor do I have any issue accepting "no" for an answer. This guy ALWAYS takes my orderfor onion rings and gives me fries. I avoid giving negative reviews at all costs, but this guy has wasted soooo much of mymoney. Read more
Floor in kitchen was filthy. Young man who took my order didn't listen and had to tell the "line" everything he got wrong.... Second worker was argumentative. Have family member working near location and will suggest NOT returning. Read more

So this review is actually a joint review of both McDonald?s and Burger King - I guess it is more about the King than the Clown.... Burger King was trying to compare the BigMac -which to me is a very iconic sandwich? with the BigKing?. The two don?t compare atall in my opinion- We all have an opinion and this is mine. I grew up with both places, but I had a McDonald?s a football fieldaway for 5-6 years as a kid. The Whopper is my favorite out of the two and the BigMac is a close second of the two. Most of ushave heard the McD jingle about the BigMac ?. The BigKing has along way to go to come even with the BigMac. Read more
So, standard BK menu, nothing fancy, no surprises. But the pleasant part is the staff and the care they put into the space. I... usually order a custom imposs. whopper and it always comes out as I expect - hot, juicy, quite flavorful with veggies fallingout everywhere. But again, the staff and the space are very nice. They put some real care into keeping the dining area andorder area clean and during holiday season, they put some real effort into decorations. Read more
This lady was the WORSTTTTT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! My coworker and I came in during lunch, we ordered our food and we sat... down and started chatting. This woman came to the table with our order and stated, "Someone wasn't paying attention to theirorder number" and put our food on the table. We went back to the front to ask for condiments and napkins and she had anattitude, I don't care how busy it is, or how frustrated you are at work, customer service is essential! This is what I like to see ???????? Stopped in during late dinner hours on a Friday night, my Impossible Whopper was broiled... nicely & generously covered in extra veggies as I kindly asked for, & my large fry was overflowing with fries ???????? Not tomention the staff was friendly, attentive & prompt - with 3 staff members working, (wish I caught their names, a hispanicgentleman & woman, & a younger hispanic guy who took my order) I only waited 5 minutes in the lobby. Compared to other localBKs, this was one of my best experiences - job well done, this will be my BK spot from now on! Appreciate the great service! Read more
Wish I could give a zero. Sign says open 24 hours. At the drive thru at 5am I was informed that they are closed for an hour and... open for breakfast at 6. I'm going hungry this morning. NOT OPEN 24 HOURS!! Read more
