If you are a sports fan and looking for some good food while you watch- Buffalo Wild Wings may be the place for you- I got the... garlic parmesan which rank low on the spice, but I thought they were very flavorful and I also got the mango habanero which ifyou don?t like spicy are going to leave a mark?I got fries and coleslaw and wings were served with carrots- celery and bluecheese dressing. Horrible location! Went about a MONTH ago to dine in, waitress was a young girl with no customer service at all. Already a red... flag?? They made me order myself through their QR code , which didn?t allow me to enter in my gift card for some reason-I had topay with my card to even place the order so I figured I would just let them know at the end that I?d like to pay half of thetotal with my gift card and just credit me the difference. The young waitress was already not friendly, she takes my gift cardand says it has no money. I politely asked her to run it again because I had just gotten it: she seems upset about that and Iproceeded to ask for the manager for help instead. She than leaves and I see her attend to two other tables and than comes backto ask me if I?m ready ?. I looked straight at her and said YES I just asked you to grab you manager to help me with my giftcard. I was so taken back, the manager (JEN) than comes and asks for my gift card, runs it and how weird it goes through! Shesaid she credited me the ?difference? and that it would take 4-5 business days to see that refund back on my card. I kindlycomplained about the waitress that hosted us and said she needed to be better at her customer service and everything was leftfine. That was a MONTH ago and I have still yet to receive my refund! They not only took my money but my Gift card as wellafter being told the return went through. I have called multiple times to speak to a manager and omg everyone at this locationhas a serious attitude problem? telling me they can?t assist me because they?re too ?busy? as though I?m not a paying customerwho just wants an update on my return. They aren?t busy enough to take my money?. I HIGHLY do not recommend this location. Oncemy refund is resolved: even if this location is closer to my house I WILL never give this place my money again. I had the califlower wings and fries. I didn't think this sports bar even had any vegetarian food. The strawberry lemonade with... real strawberries was awesome. The only issue I had was Ithe pricing and value. I paid $55 for the both of us. For this price Icould have had a feast at a Indian restaurant and would have had a lot more food. Read more
It is big and spacious. In the times of Covid, it still enjoyable and can get a normal sports bar experience. The service can be... a bit off but the food is still tasty and reasonable prices! The sauces will always be top notch! Read more
Now I love me some BWW. Ordered an hour 15 min before close and this is what they gave me? Super crisp wings with no flavor and... a blob of sauce? My lemon pepper also had 0 seasoning. They also didn?t include my fries and I had to call 4 separate times toplace an order and waited on hold when NO ONE was in the restaurant when I arrived. I don?t know what happened I always use tocome to this location but now every time I do they might as well spit in my face. I tip well and am courteous to closing times.It?s worth the drive to go the the centennial location on Chester street. They are always so sweet, attentive and ACTUALLY giveyou what you pay for. I?ve become very disappointed by this BWW. I love the restaurant but dislike this location. This order was a pick up, in which I... waited 10 extra minutes for my pick up order that said it was ready for someone to greet me? no big deal right? Well it is whenthe staff see you but don?t ask if you need assistance and the pick up counter is empty. I got my order after another 5 minutesor so and it was partially wrong. I did not get potato wedges as I was supposed to get and there was no celery or carrots to-go.I Will be calling to complain but thought people should be aware, as my other order was a few weeks ago for delivery and theyforgot my soda on the first delivery and then delivered the wrong soda request on the second delivery. I've never eaten here but I did order wings online and pick them up this past weekend. My experience was basically the opposite... of what the reviews mention. The staff was attentive and got us our order quickly. The estimated pick up time online was 12:30and we were out the door with our food at 12:32. Each flavor of wings was packaged separately and labeled... and they gave usextra carrots and celery. The wings were good - that of what you'd expect from a chain sports bar. No complaintshere.
