Event staff was very rude. I am in the military and we were doing a morale day for our troops. The staff was short and rude in... questions I had, was easy to tell she doesn?t appreciate her job. Your team is one of the best!!! From the cashier, to the manager, to the bartender and the cooking staff - we loved them all and... shared our kids' birthday cake with them! I had the best customer service experience I?ve had in a LONG time. The lovely young woman Kirah was beyond nice to me. She... helped answer all of the questions that I had and persisted to be respectful and patient with me. She had a fun sense of energyabout her that really tied the whole place together. She knew exactly what she was doing and personally I think she deserves araise. She came to check on us multiple times throughout the evening and finished strong by finding us as we were leaving totell us goodbye.
