We purchased heat and serve items yesterday for Thanksgiving. The food had all been frozen, which changed the texture and... flavor. I paid for "chilled" food, not frozen food. The turkey was placed a refrigerator yesterday and was frozen all the waythrough when it was pulled out today. We couldn't cook it using the instructions, it had to be cut up and cooked in pieces. We live 5 hours from the nearest Boston Market. There used to be one a lot closer but they were all closed in the smaller towns.... The chicken and sides here are delicious! Their cornbread is amazing! Read more
So, this was my 1st time ordering online for delivery here at Boston Market. I placed my order online at 6:35 PM on Sunday,... September 4, 2022, then at 6:49 PM, I recieved a text message from Boston Market, indicating that my order is due to arrive at7:22 pm. Then at 7:04 pm I recieved another text message indicating that my order had been cancelled and asked me to contact therestaurant direct. After calling the restaurant several times for about 15 minutes with no answer, I decided to go directly tothe restaurant, being my credit card had already been charged. Upon arrival, the location was closed with a sign in the windowsaying that "Due to staffing issues, Boston Market will be closed at 3pm." This is totally unacceptable! Read more
First off I want to say that I do really love Boston market but secondly I need to say that I went last week and I was extremely... disappointed the food had been sitting there for I don't know how long the setup was different than it used to be so I don'tknow. It was backwards since the time I had gone before but we walked in and used to be the meat section was first and then thesides. This time you walked in and the first glass partition was the side dishes The creamed spinach was almost empty but ithad been sitting there and what was left looked gross and it looked it had been there for a long time, all the sides were emptybasically except for the dilled potatoes it just didn't look appetizing at all the whole middle section the glass was full ofpaper bags where the cornbread goes in but that's all the window showed was like two or three rows of nothing but bags ofcornbread so she had to go in the back the back to get me some fresh cream spinach and my chicken cuz none of the meat was atthe front like it used to be when you could see the meatloaf or you can see the chicken it was just not there in front like itused to be it didn't make me happy I did get good food because she ended up, like I said, going in the back somewhere. thecream spinach was fresh and new and I got the dill potatoes and the chicken was fine but I just was very disappointed in how itlooked it didn't look appealing. So glad that they have chicken nuggets. They are the very very best. I worry about this location staying in business with a big... McDonald's going right next door to them. Right now the folks building the McDonald's have blocked parking for Boston market.Hope folks remember it's there and keep it in business especially now that I have a new favorite place for my chicken nuggets???? The food was dry especially to mac and cheese like it had been out since this morning. I asked her to changed it out and give... me fresh in place of . She said she did but when I got home I could have spit NAILS. It was the same dried food I took picturesof it She was rude the manager the manager was rude. I paid my money and I deserve to get better service . Never will enterthat location again . And the people I know said they want as well. Read more
We were there today to get thanksgiving dinner. Waited outside for 20min. Waiting is ok it?s thanksgiving so totally understand... but this place has cleanliness issues. We saw them pour refill for gravy from Home Depot bucket also only few people werewearing gloves. They were hugging each other, touching hair, sneezing in front of food. Inside of restaurant was dirty anddisgusting. We totally lost appetite. We just left there and will never go back again. Read more
