Knit at B/N on Tuesday mornings. Always enjoy a hot drink and snack at their Starbucks for breakfast. The service is wonderful.... Have also picked up some good deals there. Love coming here. Read more
I just want to leave this review to help clear up some misunderstandings of other reviews, as a previous employee. First, after... having worked there for seven months, I can confirm that people like to try to steal. This has lead to the doors on Main Streetbeing locked. A lot of people don?t but enough people do that it has ruined the experience for others because people weregrabbing things and running out those back doors. It is not meant to be inconsiderate, it just makes it easier on the staff tobe able to stop more theft. Second, the B&N cafe is just a cafe that is licensed to sell Starbucks products. It is not actuallya Starbucks which is why they can?t take Starbucks gift cards or do your usual Starbucks order. Finally, I think it?s importantto remember that most of us working there get paid $12.75 an hour (less than minimum wage) and have very little control over thethings people don?t like. A wonderful place with a great staff. Also, the staff in the Starbucks in Barnes and Noble, is warm and very nice! Love it here!
The store is very clean and it's pleasant to walk around in but I'm super confused about the organization of books in here. The... fiction section has all sorts of last names mixed on together making it nearly impossible to find exactly what I was lookingfor.
