Went there for lunch. We waited about 40 minutes for 3 burgers. The two tables that came in after us had already eaten by the... time our food came. Our waitress said that the kitchen was backed up...but that didn't seem to be true with all the empty tablesaround us and no line to get into the place. My daughter ordered her burger and it came with pickles she didn't order becauseshe's allergic. The waitress takes the burger to the kitchen they take the pickles off and bring her the same burger back sayingthat if she still tastes the they will replace the bottom half bun and toppings. What?!!? Well my daughter tasted the picklesand asked that they remake the burger......and make it to go. This place is not great, not even close. Just a disappointment. Sonow it's been over an hour and we still don't have our whole order. There are a lot of other places to eat here and next time wewill choose better. Edit. I was visiting a good friend who insisted we go to this well known place, as a day of flying really had me in the mood for a... good burger and tall beer. Positives: The reason I am giving this two stars is because the hostess was very welcoming andoffered advice on which local beer to order when the server came. This was the only positive and I wish I could remember whather name was to give her the credit. Cons: After the nice hostess showed us to our booth and handed us menus, it pretty muchwent downhill after that. We were sitting in a booth near the kitchen with several vacant booths around us, and not once didsomeone come over to see if we wanted anything to drink. Servers consistently came past us for over 20 minutes. It certainly didnot appear to be an issue of low staffing as several employees were congregating at the kitchen area. My friend was quiteembarrassed after saying how good of a place this was for both food and service. Somewhere between 20-25 minutes, we just got upand left. We walked to Lazy Dog down the road and had a terrific meal which deserved an ever greater tip for how we felt we weretreated. Upon reading the constructive reviews, I see this is a pattern for the 1-2 star reviews. I understand if it was astaffing situation, but even if that was the case, communication to the customers is a necessity. Really fantastic burgers. High quality. The truffle fries have great toppings but the ones we ordered were really scraping the... bottom of the barrel for the actually fries. A whole bunch of tiny, overcooked pieces of fries. A little bummed they no longerhave the cards to fill out for the "Build Your Own Burger," they were useful for keeping track. They did give us one menu toshare but I'm getting a little tired of the QR code for menus, a phone screen just isn't big enough. Read more
Need to get our servers name. He's is beyond the best. We were late for a movie and he got us our food to go Instead and had us... in the way so we didn't miss anything. All while giving regular amazing service. Plus the food is top of the line. I lovecreating my own burger. Read more

Do not eat here on a Monday! We sat down at 11:31 and got our overcooked food at 12:27. The burgers were all well done, two... were ordered medium rare, the bacon was old, the fries were all stone cold, tasted like we were eating salt cubes. 3 groups ofpeople came in to be seated and nobody ever sat them, so the left. We get understaffed and will still tip the server well, butthe food was Downright horrible. Its such a bummer when you are paying to eat out and get a bad experience with zero apology.This happened a couple weeks ago as well. The female manager is not helping the servers at all, she lost 3 tables by notseating them and just hanging out in the back. Help your servers!
